At our own company we use 4 licences at the moment do protect business programs and our VPN. We are an IT company and provide MFA Authpoint to multiple customers, so our total user case is around 100. There also is the possiblity to connect it with SSO applications like Office365 but for now we do not use this.

We have onsite techs that travel to remote locations and we use AuthPoint to secure the connection between our head office and the customer location. This allows us to look up sensitive customer information with very little risk of hack or exposure.

This also helped us comply with our cyber security insurance that requires us to use MFA for all remote connections into the office.

Our primary use for now of AuthPoint is to protect our outside management consultants SSL/VPN access to the local network. Critical infrastructure machines (domain controllers and root certificate servers) are protected through domain challenge/response.
