Can't go wrong with WatchGuard Authpoint!
- It is an extra cost for the company to apply this product, but it is worth it security-wise
- The product it is not expensive at all
- You can just add licenses by user, so you don't need to pay for entire company employees if not all of them needed remote access.

- There is really no value that one can put on security!

Authpoint MFA easy to use and flexiple MFA solution
- Authpoint has helped secure or VPN so that we could take advantage of a revenue stream over the past two years created as result of the market changes produced by Covid. Had we not had this tool we would not have been able to take full advantage of the this potential as locked in staff would not have had secure access to our internal analyses and tools.
- Currently Authpoint allows our staff greater freedom of location and better, more efficient access to critical data when traveling than they have had in the past. meaning we are working more efficiently.
- The benefits of MFA have allowed us to increase the use of VPN to allow more employees to work where they need. Staff retention has been increased.

AuthPoint, What a Great Product!
- Our end uses found this product very easy to use. Using one overview session, I have not had to follow up with users to access the product.
- Once deployed, other users in our environment heard about the ease of use. We then had a 25% increase in requests for the product.
- This product has added to the overall satisfaction of users having to work offsite, attend conferences and other travel while still being able to stay connected to their work product.

A good solution with one fatal flaw.
- It has increased security and lowered our Cyber Insurance premiums.
- It has offset that by requiring licensing for each member of our tech team.
- It has very little maintenance costs.
- mfa is an advantage
