We have no premium support for Authpoint, as this service as stable as it can be! However we have Gold support (Total Security) for our pair of Fireboxes...

The answerws feedback is immediate, the answers are clear and straightforward, I also have direct contact with many WatchGuard product specialists and technicians who help me everytime. They are prepared to help users with any difficulty in a matter of minutes.

Authpoint MFA easy to use and flexiple MFA solution
We acquired premium support with our initial purchase. We prioritise support on all our security products. The risks of slower ,less skilled support in security can seriously damage our company and it's reputation.

State-of-the-art two-factor authentication. A must-have!
We didn't purchase premium support. The standard support from WatchGuard is very fast. You get response in a few hours. If you have critical problems, you can also contact your reseller or WatchGuard partners directly. They are very helpful and have good knowledge.

AuthPoint - easy to use, easier to manage
That I am aware of, WatchGuard does not have a premium support option. I have never had any issues with support. Initial response can be a hit or miss, sometimes they respond very quickly and other times it takes several hours. I have never had an issue go unresolved though.
No we did not look at premium support for authpoint i do not know if it is even an option
No, we did not choose it because we did not think it necessary due to the ease of use and management of the tool

WatchGuard AuthPoint, THE Multifactor Authentication you need to meet the MFA challenge.
I only have standard support with AuthPoint. However, support has been very helpful. AuthPoint support quickly escalates my issues without any effort. They want to make sure that my problem is resolved and they also openly solicit feedback on how to make the product better and easier to use.
