The support is very fast. If your problem is complex, sometimes it's directly escalated to the second level within the first answer. You don't need to explain anything multiple times. All of our tickets in the past were resolved by the support.

WatchGuard AuthPoint has never failed since our implementation. It provides superb value at a good price point for its' users to secure their existing systems. Probably the only complaint is the requirement of AuthPoint Gateway for some 3rd party integrations.

Support is knowledgeable and i usually get a quick help. Sometimes it takes longer to react to bug reports or if there is a more complex issue. Watchguard automatically escalates cases to engineering if needed.

I would give a 10 but initial response can be a hit or miss. Sometimes they respond very quickly and other times it takes several hours. I have never had an issue go unresolved though and it is almost always resolved very quickly. Support is always helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable.

In the case that support from WatchGuard is required, whether it be deploying to a bespoke application or product, or maintaining an existing product - WatchGuard support is fast and efficient. From logging the ticket (which is easy AND comprehensive) to getting it resolved, WatchGuard makes it easy allowing you to select how and when you want to be contacted.

WatchGuard support is always quick and reliable. They have urgency levels that you are able to select when creating your support ticket, and they respond in accordance to the severity that you have set. I have never had an issue with getting someone on the phone in the same business day, even for very low priority issues.

We have had numerous support cases with WatchGuard and their US based support team. In each and every interaction we are able to get directly to the help we need without having to sit on hold for an indeterminate amount of time. Once we talk with an engineer or support personnel they are able to resolve our issues quickly and provide additional information so we can avoid pitfalls in the future.
