I use Watchguard's EPDR solutions for all things endpoint security-related, their DNSWatchGO for DNS-Level protection, their Patch Management solution to keep everything up-to-date, and their Systems Management RMM tool to remotely manage my computers and those of my clients including monitoring everything from bandwidth usage to CPU temperatures with alerts and automated responses to correct situations on the fly without manual intervention. That last tool even allows me to detect problems with endpoints and effect repairs in the background without interrupting employees performance.

Using WatchGuard SaaS application give us lesser problems at night, even we at at sleep we know our system is up and secure. unlike with tradition on premise setup, we have to closely monitor our server and network to ensure the service won't get interrupted or bugged down by bad actors or even natural disaster.

If you implement all the solutions that WatchGuard offers you can manage your network security from firewall, VPN, endpoint security, spam blocker, web blocker, multifactor authentication for mobile device or physical token. You can add and remove features without constraints and depending on your needs, you don't have to wait 1 year before removing a service.

They work seamlessly. The cross data analytics and the single pane of glass make support and control and ease. It’s regularly developed adding more and more features it’s 100% better than meraki already ! I think people go to buy the name meraki but don’t understand how much better watchguard is at keeping you safe while having everything meraki does. But more.

I have no experience of WatchGuard Cloud products, sadly. However, utilising AD360 has been beneficial as it has allowed us an alternative viewpoint into an anti-virus solution. We have only used this product, so cannot comment on how the products work together.

Businesses are now used to the subscription model, rather than try and budget to replace assets every three to five years and pay for a yearly maintenance fee.
The Watchguard points system makes the process of billing very simple and the client's know their exact costs every month.
This has also allowed us to offer a one-off price per device for protection and management, again keeping it simple for the client, who knows the added cost of another employee and their device.

That is easy: since we implemented WG EDPR there has been zero security breaches. And since all our Security Solutions are coming from the same provider: no more conflicts between products from different vendors.
