Watchguard support is really good on replacing any devices in Warranty in very efficient and timely manner. Any time i had issue, i received the replacement by the morning of next working. day.

They massively helped with the intial deployment and bridging protocals for the ISP to Server information. They also were very much on top of helping us activate our different features and deploying them. Their support staff is very knowledgable about the software and the proper intergation of it.

Unfortunately, no. As I've clearly stated, their support truly lacks. Now it's been about 2 years since I installed and setup the system and since then I've not needed any additional support, so hopefully they may have improved by now. I'm just reporting my direct personal experience with the support team.

we had an issue to understand the dynamic routing between two sites. An Italian support representative called me via webmeeting and described me the logical function of the feature. Then we configured our appliances in the right way and we tested if everything was ok

We had a unit fail. With one call to Watchguard support, they were able to ship me a replacement and provide me with a temporary feature key so that we could install a retired unit while waiting for the replacement. Entire site was back up and running in less than an hour.

We contacted support to transfer ownership of some equipment at a branch office. The call was made and the situation was resolved quickly with a straightforward solution. That was the only case we had to contact the support and it went well. We are pretty confident it would be the same for any call made to support.

Was able to reach support late in the day and they got an RMA replacement out next-day-air shipped the same day to deal with a power supply issue. They answered right away and trusted our already performed troubleshooting steps to get the RMA processed

We had a fan go bad in one of our units. So we opened a case and the next day a brand new unit was delivered to us for replacement. We didn't expect next day delivery for a fan failure when the device had multiple fans. Most services department make you send logs, get proof a fan is bad, take a week to replace, etc. We were impressed.

We were having some delays within our own business office a year or so ago - and one of our Watchguard products was near the end of its license. I reached out to one of the regional Watchguard reps and was provided with a 60-day temp key to get us through until our renewal purchase order could be processed. I had the key in-hand the same day I reached out to them about my issue. Very pleased with this service so that we didn't have to experience any downtime for our staff and students.

We where blocked in an integration with Wildix phone in a network with high restrictions and we where blocked for days before ask to support that in a days give us the solution and make the client happy.

We have recently faced a problem with a product sold to a customer, when the Firebox that would be replaced was about to expire (two days left), and the new one had to be fixed due to an system error. The WatchGuard Support helped us in an magnificent way, extending the olg Firebox licensing until the system's new one would be fixed.

We were having an issue with authenticating users on their devices. Some devices were showing different user names, even though the person had never logged onto the particular device. This caused issues by allowing students to access websites only staff should be able to access. The WatchGuard support agent was able to get us a pre-release version of the software that fixed the issue fairly shortly after reporting the issue.

Because of the quality of our skills as a top tier WatchGuard partner, we are able to have highly sophisticated and valuable interactions with WatchGuard top tier support. In the last few years, WatchGuard has really dramatically increased the skill of their support technicians at all levels. Part of it is due to the high quality of their internal training and the skill of their internal trainers. Part of it is due to a concerted effort by support executive management Shari McLaren to improve support. They have succeeded.
As long as we are asking questions of WatchGuard partner support that is within the scope of what is appropriate to ask them about, we are always able to have more than adequately sophisticated conversations about whatever the technical problem is. This results in problems being solved.
Literally, in 25 years of being in the IT industry, I have not had this experience with any other manufacturer of software or hardware.
