I have not used the WatchGuard cloud much yet. I expect that it would give me the ability to do various programming and policy building and management, alerting as to when things are going wrong and extended logging that the watchguard won't do itself without building a log server for it.

All of the users of the organization are passive users of the solution, but we have 3 people that manage the solutions as administrators.
