Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Yes we did, and it was to make sure we had the most complete protection and expandable features as we grew. We eventually intend to move into using the Fireguard cloud for the less vital information to deploy to our field technicians to include the billing and pricing information along with pictures from jobs that can be reviewed live.

Yes we did, but their support truly lacks. This is the one area that I am very dissatisfied with, but the good news is I have rarely needed it and since the setup and operation are very easy and straight forward, it hasn't become a major issue. But for some, it could. Just beware they may not always respond when you really need them.

We have Total Security bundle for the HQ and the Standard support for the remote sites.
We want a fast support (and it's integrate into Total Security Service) to solve our issue but we are using a cluster infrastructure in all sites so we don't need fast replacement for all sites

We did not purchase premium support. Our internal staff has enough firewall savvy to install and manage the device(s). All support required has been successfully handled via email.

No, we consider our setup pretty simple and we are backed by the company that procured the equipment. We are confident the basic support would be enough in case of a problem and the company can still function in the event of a network outage. If worst comes to worst we could fairly easily install a new router pretty quickly.

Didn't purchase premium support because had configure before when we buy at the first time product from WatchGuard ( previously we used WatchGuard XTM25 when this product has been end of life) after that we use WatchGuard T20 box for managing our network

As a Platinum partner we receive support from WatchGuard for our own use of the product or to open tickets when needed for supporting mutual clients.

We acquired only the support that comes with with the security package we acquire. So total security provides 24x7 Gold support and on some of our older boxes, we get standard 24x7 support as they don't support the advanced features in total security.

We had purchase premium support for WatchGuard Network Security because we need to have the best in class support. all the client that have subscribed the premium support are really happy with it. We as MSP are really happy to have such support as solution for emergency case.

We have our own skilled engineers who handle support and we only require escalation if there is a particular bug or fault with a device. The core configuration we have expertise in so it wouldnt make sense to pay for any additional support.

Basic support is usually more than adequate most of the time. The problem with basic support occurs when an issue that you consider high severity, affecting internet usability for users, is classified as low severity by WatchGuard. Low severity issues can take multiple days to resolve.

We are a WatchGuard gold partner and we also pay for 4 hour RMA warranty services on some Fireboxes. We always by TSS, which entitles us and our clients to higher support. Further, the effort we put into being a top tier WatchGuard partner and the relationship that we have built with WatchGuard over the years is how we pay for premium partner support. The level of support we have cannot be simply purchased for a fee.
