Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

The only thing I would have done differently was have included this product with the server initial build, as it is easy to handle VPN deployment, and management for the work at home systems, as well as fixed the issues we had with the initial ISP router. Especially when the original ISP field had no idea how to use their router with a business network. They had no idea how to use their software.

We would keep the same evaluation. There has been some issue with configuring leading to a potential problem but it's not related to the selection of the product and the product itself but a misunderstanding of the functionality combined with the instructions given to the service provider. Overall we would do the same.

We would not have changed anything, excpet maybe stuck with Watchguard, the feature we needed the msot was the server load balanacing it is unfortunate, but understandable that Watchguard is one of the few who do that. It is not as good as a dedicated server load balancer but it fill the needs we have.

reconfigure in order to get maximum results according to company needs and user management and grouping to make it easier to analyze events and reports needed related to bandwidth management, user access and websites that are accessed by users in real time, including report how many bandwidth using by user per IP address

We surely not change the choice of the WatchGuard Network Security as primary edge security solution. we are aware that we are using ine of the best UTM NGF in the market for SMB

I might take a look at a couple more vendors in the same level of detail. However many of the core concepts are the same across vendors and as the range we have selected was gradual over a number of years we believe it must have been the correct decision.
