Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In our organization we use the Webex App for IM, Phone calls and meetings. We heavily use it to collaborate with internal staff as well as partners and vendors. We like that Webex App has many collaboration tools in one place (phone, IM, meeting). We no longer have to guess if an employee is available or not. We appreciate that Webex app is available on mobile devices thus making our workforce reachable at any time.

Cons

The integration with other Collab tools such as MS office products and share point could be better
it seems like it should be easier to integrate a "bot" in a space via control hub. the process in control hub is cumbersome.

Webex app has allowed us to get rid of duplicate tools and save cost

We routinely utilize Webex (Teams) for both group, department and company wide collaboration. Also a great tool for customer interaction. The ability to share screen and files are a great enabler in everyday interactions. The ease of inviting non-organization participants are a huge bonus.

It started as a single branch that has now been added to more and more, helps integrate them all together, adds more functionality with the collaboration tools, messaging, screen sharing, etc, yet also saving on total cost for the whole company. The fact that most of the exact same functions that work in the mobile app mirror the desktop phone and desktop application.

We use Webex App for all collaboration including SharePoint files. Having one spot for any type of collaboration is key for us. We do share a large amount of files with each other so the sync to SharePoint and also searching in a space is key.
