I have noticed that the noise suppression is impressive. I work from home with young children frequently in the house, and the background noise on my end can be a challenge. I have often wondered how exactly the software reduces the background noise.

I haven't used Workflow in Webex. I recall that Cisco was one of the first to enable noise suppression and transcription. Taking minutes of the meeting was never anyone task again!

We don't use real time transcription in the company so I don't have much experience to formulate a concrete opinion about that. We do use note taking and thats is a really nice feature that helps to get back important points, subjects and aspects discussed in a meeting. The automatic noise suppression and the option to chose if you want to capture only your voice or the ambience is amazing, after the feature was launched no dogs barking during meetings or neighbors bring down the house has participated in my meetings. So far, it is the best audio quality in the meetings, clear voice only compared to other meetings apps available in the market. All of this in a click of the mouse!

The user interface is a joy to utilsie and makes navigating the application extremely intuitive. Audio quality is one of the key features for me. We use headphones that can be optimized for the app, but what the app itself does in terms of noise supression, voice recogniztion versus noise is amazing and enables better and more focused meetings, spending time talking about business objectives rather than "can you hear me?" conversation for the first minutes of each meeting.

We've been using Webex Assistant to voice-command our room devices and taken advantage of real-time transcription, besides using post-recording meeting reports to get in-depth information regarding main contents of the different calls.

If embedded features aren't enough, you can implement new features or feature improvements easily!

Although we don't use all these features the noise suppression is amazing and works so well while in meetings. There's often a time with additional noise around the office or when someone is working from home and the noise suppression does a great job at catching it and canceling it out so people on the other end hear nothing.

I personally find Webex teams to be less appealing than other solutions. I really found nothing beneficial in sticking with Webex teams when other solutions out there do either the same, or better. However, based on this question, I have not use the AI enabled innovations mentioned.
