I believe the biggest challenge is getting the user familiar with all the available features. But when they start using it everything seems easy and straight forward. Sending How to and short and helpful diagrams helps in the adoption process. Spending more time with users on how to use Webex app also makes a difference.

Cisco for everyone
We have enabled full hybrid working for over 2-3 years. Since we are a global organization it was very imperative to have enabled hybrid working much before the pandemic. We have had to go all in on full hybrid working during pandemic.

One place to gather them all!
I've working from everywhere since before the pandemic, back in 2015, and it always have been part of my professional life but not part of IT culture of the company I've working for in that time. It was a long journey to convince than that mobile teams could get efficiency while on the run, while visiting customers, partners or while traveling. Get connected is very tough, specially when you need get doc or info from in house company based systems. VPNs, firewalls and all other security policies must take place to grant secure access, but those systems or policies are the responsible to not allow you to get the information needed to do your job. Nowadays, with the benefits of cloud calling and the persistent and secure storage of chats and documents of Webex offers, the implementation process was made easy, simple, reliable and fast.

Webex App for all types of meetings and conferences
It has already been implemented now. With the hybrid work solution, our team members need to come to the office only for certain events, and can work from anywhere suitable, mostly from home during most of the time. Because of this, office space could be utilized with more user-friendly, decorative and nice appearance, since only a certain group of employees need to come to office at a time.

We have always worked Hybrid as we have a lot of Field workers that have to be remote. All of our Office staff has always been in the office as there was never a stay-at-home order as we were considered essential. But I do work from other offices and home when I need to do an install that doesn't require me to be at the office.

A smaller player in a land of giants
The company ensured that everyone within our 3 departments that are using the platform understood what was necessary from a foundational level in order to use the platform effectively. Their job communications depended on their knowledge and their ability to navigate the system. Without it, we wouldn't be able to be productive in the hybrid work situation.

make your collaboration simpler
Webex is already in place, its implementation come at a perfect time to answer our company needs in term of collaboration.
Hybrid work has been in place for a few years, since there is a lot of collaboration across countries and functional teams that do not seat in the same location. The pandemic did bring an evolution to the hybrid environment, to better integrate virtual team members with on-site meetings and rooms. Training sessions from our IT team and having local champions that support the implementation have been key initiatives to boost the implementation, also community of practices and blog-like posts to share tips and tricks to improve usage of tools.

Powerful, Collaborative all-round application that caters to the needs in this virtual work-mode
I have been using Webex App as part of the implemented hybrid work solution. Webex app is playing a pivotal role in communicating with my colleagues to brainstorm ideas and collectively discuss to share files and collaborate within the team. We can configure the settings for security, recording and other preference based on the organization policies.

For the good sound quality use Cisco Jabber !
we install webex meetings in our laptop . We are able to have hybrid meetings . We can work from home or work at the office . And it is working well. We are able to create links and send it by email to other participants , so we can share our screen and have a meeting together.

Simply the BEST collaboration alternative
Particularly, we are going through a reshaping proccess within the company's structure and bussiness model that will probably impact our current communication's scenario, and still some definitions haven't been made to typify each use case due to this, but we continue to rely on Cisco products for every layer of our communication's needs due to their trustworthyness, flexibility and almost assured ROI.

As of writing this, our company has settled on a hybrid work model where employees are expected to be in office Tuesday-Thursday and can work remote on Monday and Friday. Of course, there are some exceptions, but this has been followed by most employees. Because we had the Cisco Webex app available prior to this decision, it has made the change seemless. Both text and voice calling are available through the app. All meetings and recordings are as well. Voicemail from the office phone can also be received. I wasn't part of the implementation, but user adoption has been high with few complaints.

So easy for our employees
We don't do a lot of hybrid work but being we have people in multiple locations and have lots of meetings the Webex App makes things incredibly simple so you can always be in touch with everyone in your organization. When we do have employees working from home you don't have to worry about them not being able to join a meeting or talk with people in the office since webex is so seamless and intuitive for end users even if they don't have a technical background.
This continues to evolve. In recent months the company is mandating return to office 3-5 days/week

Good Tool for Chat But Lacking in Video Features
This tool makes it easier to meet from anywhere. It enables me to collaborate and be productive with co-workers when working from home. It was quite easy to implement throughout out firm and took little time to learn for our newer employees.

Webex is a reliable tool for meetings
My company implemented a hybrid work-solution for 100% of global employees (10,000+ total FTEs) in January 2021. All employees are allowed to work from any location (within their country-of-hire only due to taxation reasons). We have some of our physical offices open if anyone wants to go into the office. On average, anywhere between 10-30% of employees go into the office on any given day. All emloyees use Webex software to communicate online, including for meetings.

Fortunately, we tried to implement Webex App before the pandemic, so it was very smooth transitioning from a hybrid way of work to a complete remote environment... after the pick of the pandemic it was also smooth to come back to a hybrid way ok work again. Having a tool like that empowers you to face any of the pandemic-time challenges.
