Scalability - Webapp is the oldest and most scalable platform I've known. The platform has showcased the stability in hosting large scale events like none else. The decision to purchase Webex is not made by other teams in my organization.

Our company already used Cisco Communications Manager as PBX solutions and Webex Meetings as Unified Communications tools. As Jabber were the collaboration application for presence and instant messaging, the migration to Webex App was natural. The IT team had waited until Webex App reached a stable version before launched it to our employees.

The ease of use is a pretty big one as it allows users to open the app and get started without any help or training, this saves us a lot of time and simplifies the onboarding process. Also the fact that meetings can be scheduled and sync across devices and into outlook is great.

The most important factor was 'Ease of Use'. It was so intuitive to use. Very little training was required for our users, with most of them finding the self-learning options engaging and informative. Individuals found they could learn at their own pace, and this made it easy to adminsiter to use. The user-friendly interface meant it is easy to share video, simple to message and to effectively and efficiently collaborate.

With all the features that come with Cisco Webex Teams and with the background that Cisco as a company has with innovation over the years it was a no brainer to bring Cisco Webex Teams in as it was included with our Cisco Webex Meetings. And as I used the free version before bringing it in to the Company it was an easy sell for me.

The most important thing is the reliability and the good sound and video quality . The sound quality is very good . And also the WebEx video is working good as well . We can make webex meetings with other organization by opening a web browser . They don't need to install any software .

We have a long realationship with Cisco, so it was almost as a natural choice going along with Cisco Webex Teams.
The rest is "easy": Cisco keeps adding features, making them easy to use and listening to clients (and the competition) to improve periodically each small corner of the product, to maintain it up to the task it has to fulfill.

Price and features were a large factor for us when choosing to go with Cisco Webex Teams. As well as integration with other applications in our environment. It also needed to be something users could adapt to quickly and use with ease. The learning curve was very important to us.

Jabber is quite straightforward to use, it's nice having all of the chats lined up in the sidebar so it's easily navigable from person to person. It also has the option of erasing chats if the program is exited out, which is of course a benefit from a proprietary standpoint (less so if you need to reference something that was said, of course). Not a lot of bells and whistles, so starting up the program is quite fast in the mornings, which I can appreciate. Since it's through Cisco, it also easily allows you to call people's work phones through the system.

Many of our employees are in the construction trade. Having a product they can easily navigate and use was key in our decision process. They are now able to easily communicate with other employees in the field or in the office.

There were several factors we considered, but what determined our decision was the fact that Jabber wasn't dependence would adapt to our organization. The company has enjoyed satisfactory results that have allowed us to improve our profits.
