I reached out to them, and they responded promptly, showing a genuine interest in resolving my issue. The support representative patiently listened to my concerns and asked relevant questions to better understand the problem. With their expertise, the Cisco support team quickly identified the root cause of the file-sharing issue. They guided me through a series of configurations and settings adjustments tailored to my specific situation. The support representative remained attentive throughout the process, ensuring that I understood each step and addressing any additional questions I had. Within a short period, thanks to their knowledgeable guidance, my problem was resolved, and I could once again share and upload files seamlessly during Webex meetings. I have had connectivity issues to important calls before. I dialed for support and was pleasantly surprised to have my issue resolved very swiftly and effectively. The operator was able to connect me to my conference and I missed very little. No explanation was offered as to what the problem on the front-end was, but in the end, the support was exceptional.

As we use Microsoft Office 365 in the company and webex App some users requested to integrate those applications to get the voice, calling and video features from Webex App integrated into MSFT Teams. In that occasion, we requested Cisco support to integrate both applications and the TAC was very competent, responsiveness and effective, they let us very comfortable with prerequisites, the steps of integration and the difficulties we could face during the process. Everything happens as planned and after 24 hours, the time they told us changes in MSFT Azure taking place, the applications were integrated. Great job indeed!

I can't think of a particular point, suffice to say we receive exceptional service from them all the time. The only company I think that provides greater customer service in any spehere is 'Amazon'.

We were at the start of moving over to Cisco Webex Meetings (with Teams) and had an organization issue with our old legacy Webex and with the help of Cisco they got it figured out and we were well on our way to getting users into our new setup. Thank you Cisco!

In the early stages or our WebEx rollout to our users we had an admin mistakenly delete an AD security group that was being used for user synchronization with AD. All the user accounts were deleted from WebEx and user data was deleted. Cisco support was able to explain the process and provide ways to prevent such an issue in the future. They were very understanding and exhausted all options to resolve the issue.
