I have integrated it with Cisco UCM to receive the Webex calls on my desk phone since being a community specialist, I got to stay in contact with the close knit. This feature has worked fine for me and integration was also pretty easy. Call routing and voicemail can be taken care of here so yes this is the only integration I needed.

When we are deploying WebEx calling, of course we are talking about WebEx meeting and we can say to customer, "Hey, you don't have WebEx meeting for the moment, you just have the free license for the moment. You just have 40 minutes free. And if you want to benefit from the whole license, you can buy with your partner WebEx video and WebEx meeting license". And, of course sometimes it happens. So we are previewing the WebEx video, WebEx meeting, etc. And sometimes it works of course because Cisco gives the opportunity to do WebEx Calling, WebEx meeting, WebEx contact center, so everything can suit our clients and sometimes it works.

We ran with the gamut of all the Webex apps, Messaging, Meeting and Calling as well as also adding in Slido when we were able to as well.
We were able to have a single integrated platform to manage all of these and deploy easily without any issues. The single pane of glass management and single app for all uses helps everyone!

Well apart from calling we also use messaging, meetings and such as is customary for such a communications app. Apart from the standard use of the Webex app I don't believe we have combined any other Cisco Collaboration products with it as of this moment. I have used Cisco's Slido app but that was separate and it was a pretty good experience

Webex Calling is my one-stop shop for my Meetings, calls, and Instant messaging. In addition to one-on-one chatting, we even create a specific Space (Group chat) and communicate about a project. We use this Webex Calling meetings for our Program Increment planning which has around 400 - 500 people. In addition we use inidividual Scrum Master's Webex Calling for individual break out sessions

We have used Microsoft Teams for messaging and calling previously, then due to lack of features integrated Webex Calling in MS Teams but still had some issues therefore completely migrated to Webex App. We have also integrated to Webex Calling manager at some remote sites. Webex App has been our daily driver for some time now.

Video conferencing, Messaging and Events have been great tools in collaboration with Webex Calling. Being able to collaborate in real-time form anywhere in the world has elevated remote work. The ability to create team spaces and facilitate realtime discussions. Lastly, the ability to host and manage hybrid, virtual send in-person meetings is great.

As far as CISCO related suits go, our only main use is the VPN and end point security software option, which is essential in most companies who value their internal security and even more in this age where we allow the remote work of several associates. That, in tandem with Webex, allows us to have a sufficient control over all our devices and personal.

We have combined Cisco Jabber with Webex. Jabber allows intra-office communications between teams both in instant message and in phone/audio/voicemail capabilities over computer and sent to email. It allows for integration of multiple meeting spaces and means of communications across our firm, which is beneficial, though a bit redundant.
