Everything is in the app itself. Calling, meeting and messaging could be done with ease but it's low on analysis part and also on being a potent community tool. Security is good end to end encryption is there so no problem on this part. There should also be in call analysis which is not there.

It is an all in one solution, you just purchase licenses and configure the cloud, and everything is ready to work, it's a zero touch provisioning like.

It meets our needs for both security as well as also call quality from any place, anywhere at any time.
We have deployed it in various parts of the company, from homeless shelter to education departments as well as business office users and mental health users who work with the community in the local and surrounding counties.

Webex meetings has let us get rid of another meetings app because we are able to host townhalls directly on Webex Meetings. On top of that, the participant management in Webex Meetings allow us to keep track of who joined and who didn't. It also made posting the video a breeze.

It does its job. Especially for calls that need confidentiality, it is easy to create a meeting room open only for certain people. Though I noticed that there are some settings I hoped are only available to the host such as putting someone on the spotlight or muting and unmuting. I noticed that it was open for everyone. However, other than that, Webex Calling works great. I don't have any complaints overall.

Webex Calling meets all our current needs, the application is easy to use you just need to setup a meeting and invite the participants or start a call. It allows users to join either via their computer, mobile device using Webex application, or I believe you can even call in over the regular line. The user management during the meetings is simple.

When it comes to security Webex has been the best in business for some time now. Microsoft teams meeting doesn't offer End to end encryption for meeting, they started supported it for calling only recently. Who can forget Zoom fiasco wherein they said they support End to End encryption but they didn't. Webex Calling has been supporting End to Encryption from the starting and having their own make of Phones does help them in this regard. Moreover, Control hub can be used to manage all workloads at same place. This sorts out issues of multiple windows for management.

It is excellent to be able to focus exclusively on the desired features knowing that the tool has high security standards and that the information sent is encrypted natively.

Webex provides better video conferencing security than I have seen for other alternatives out there. Webex offers locked personal meeting rooms, encrypted cloud recordings and meeting connections with password requirements. The lobby feature is also great, it allows hosts to control who gets to enter a meeting and when.

When it comes to system security, Webex has the favourite.

Most settings and management are done in the browser, at least in the configuration we use. This is really suboptimal and unnecessary, but perhaps there are other options. Overall, I found this part of the software particularly weak, anyway.

Managing Webex is an easy experience, and the amount of options that it gives you are good enough to keep a good flow of data exchange between all parties involved in the various calls and meetings we have to check. Security is one of the main reasons we decided to rely on this software as being part of CISCO reassures us.

Webex calling seems secure from an end to end perspective. It is easy enough for a host to boot out a participant that dials in without providing any identifying information. I also expect transcripts are maintained securely and/or encrypted but I do not have particular expertise in this area to confirm that for sure.

Webex allows scheduling and running large meetings both internally and externally. This allows us to have specific rules for conducting our meeting such as how we let people in, unmuting participants when needed, white board capability, screen sharing capability etc. with much ease.
