I don't recognize any problems regarding security. We can easily manage the participant in a call, the host can do many things to manage the meeting which can affect meeting progress. Host settings are very user interface you don't need much effort to manage host settings. When you are using the product you feel you work in secure software

Our IT team approved the use of Webex calling because it is a Cisco platform with high availability and security, for the delivery of all services with quality Cisco has servers hosted in several regions of the world. The security part is very well done, with all communication encrypted.

I believe that Webex is a secure application and that it has benefited our organization by conducting meetings and group phone calls. The host settings are nice as you can restrict and set stipulations on meetings beforehand as the host. I find the video and voice calls to be more stable connectivity-wise compared to Google Meets.

Webex Calling is a communication platform that is available for mobile and desktop. The mobile app of this platform plays a fundamental role for my company as it makes an overall big difference. I will recommend this tool to other organizations because it is a great product to be employed. Webex Calling is used all across our whole organization because it just fulfills all of its promises. With this platform, we can easily connect with all our colleagues just by logging in so it is great. I have been using this platform for quite a long time which means that I have also had a good enough experience with their customer support. Webex Calling meets my needs by providing a safe space to chat with other team members or clients in a professional atmosphere. Having audio, video, and chat capabilities are great for my needs. Again, I just prefer Zoom. Mostly because it's more familiar and it hasn't given me any reason to permanently move to a different calling platform.

Security is a priority for our ownership and Webex is the most secure platform we have found, with end-to-end encryption across the whole platform. Another key need we had prior to Webex was a simple video collaboration solution and Webex is just that. With the Exchange integration, our user simply pushes one button to join meetings or walk into a room and say "ok Webex, start my meeting". Our users love the Webex Assistant.

Cisco Webex does require some setup by the administrator. From a user's presepective, it is just logging in and using the service. All kind of settings are managed by the administrator. Administrators can run reports as well and can manage the level of access a user has. There are no additional steps for a user.

Very well, considering that you have a complete voice platform also without implementing LGW and, after having activated your ORG, you have all services ready in a few hours. Since the platform has all services in it (IVR, P.O, Hunting groups, etc..), no need to implement or buy additional integrating services are needed.

It meets our needs extremely well without any additional steps needed. As previously mentioned, we have a messaging, meeting, and calling right at our fingertips through one app. We also can use the same app as our softphone on the Webex Contact Center side.

It has a secure networking channel that cannot leak information to unauthorized users. The calling rates are relatively low and have helped us minimize costs incurred in conversations. It has been a pleasure for our members to work with this product. I thank the Webex Calling team for coming up with such great communication and collaboration tool that has great and effective features.
