It delivers an enterprise-grade calling experience that enables customers to replace PBX hardware with a scalable cloud calling solution. Webex Calling is available on a complete ecosystem of devices, including the Webex App for desktop and mobile, Cisco IP phones, Cisco Desk devices, and Cisco Room systems.


Webex Calling provides businesses with a smooth path to the cloud with flexible migration options for businesses of any size. Features such as Cloud Connected UC, Dedicated Instance, and Webex Setup Assist enable Cisco UCM customers to migrate to the cloud with zero business disruption.


Webex Calling is available in over 130 countries worldwide with three options for PSTN connectivity that can be selected on a site-by-site basis. We use Webex Calling for collaboration between different teams internally and also for making calls to the outside world. It is a very good service from Cisco with wide variety of calling related features that are needed by any modern day enterprise. The customisation available with Webex Calling is very vast and it rides on Cisco's cloud infrastructure making maintenance very easy.

In our organization, we use Webex Calling as the core communication platform for voice calling, replacing our on premise PBX systems. We use it across multiple departments and locations to enable seamless internal and external communication via cloud based telephony. We can make and receive calls through desk phones, desktop applications and mobile devices, no matter where they are located.

So the benefits in regards to utilizing Cisco and Cisco WebEx is depending on where you are, whether you're in on campus or whether you are working from home. Cisco WebEx Calling enables a seamless user experience for calling messaging, collaborating, video, all in one hit.

Been a happy user of Webex Calling since 2021. I have been using it for Cloud-Based calling as Webex Calling is entirely cloud-hosted, eliminating the need for on-premises hardware and reducing maintenance costs. They have also helped us reducing the downtime and go to market time due to that. One of the best things about Webex Calling is that it Offers local calling in over 100 countries, making it ideal for businesses with international operations.

As the name suggests, we use it for calling; it's really easy to use and provides seamless communication; its very versatile; it can be used on any device or OS system. The app also allows you to create and delete users with ease, and we also use Webex Calling with Webex Meetings and WebEx Suite applications.
