This is one of the best cloud best calling tools for meetings and easy replacement of PBX system We can easily conduct meetings using this in the group also easily explain the project. Best for contact centre where calling under one roof with chatting and massaging needed.

I like Webex Calling a lot because it offers me optimized video conferences with clear and fluid communications, flexibility, and security. It adapts to my needs and offers me more than what I normally need to collaborate online, this program is wonderful. Its features impress. It allows me to share a screen in real-time just a click away, I can use it from any place and device thanks to its support for multiple systems and devices it always goes in the right direction.

Webex Calling has shined in our company not only through the pandemic but well before. Integration is fantastic, with new features being added with every revision. I look forward to each and every update. Management is a breeze; if a rare problem pops up, it's very easy to create a ticket and work with support. Video calling is beautiful and works with ease even on our thin clients with VDI. Employees love the customization of backgrounds and the ease of sending GIF replies (my favorite feature). I've managed Teams, Zoom, and RingCentral. All pale in comparison to Webex Calling. Cisco - doing things right.

Webex Calling is a real-time communications software that provides benefits when face-to-face screen sharing from anywhere and any device with tools that adjust to the needs of its users, through video meetings it allows to increase workflow close dealing with clients and sharing information with co-workers, I really like this tool because its interface is visually pleasing.

You can send a voice message to your co-workers without disturbing them using the voicemail tool. Webex Meetings and Microsoft Teams can be integrated. You can save your calls to listen to them later. As caller ID, you can use your mobile phone number. With the ability to share files securely.

Webex Calling is an online communication service that works perfectly offering excellent features and functions that adapt to our needs, it is simple to use, easy to organize and join meetings, as well as its security and speed. I like it because it offers an excellent wireless connection regardless of our internet connection quality, it works from anywhere and on any device allowing you to collaborate on the go, and it is very easy to share a screen and start a conversation using this tool.

The scope of my use is almost everywhere. I work with people around the world and I need to communicate with them always. My colleagues use webex calling, I can reach them out wherever I want if they are online. It really increases our work efficiency. We stop using desk phones anymore. I don't have to be in the office to make a phone to my supplier or coworker. . The sound quality is also great we had some audio issues before Webex Calling now we don't have such problems anymore.

You can program a group of phone numbers to ring in a predetermined order. You can receive call updates in your own mailbox or even via email if you have voicemail. With the Webex Teams app, you can accept and make calls from anywhere.

Webex Calling in our company allows us to move our employees, so we were able to adopt hybrid work. Our employees use their own extension and can be anywhere in the world, where they feel more comfortable working. We also use the part of meetings, and groups for projects that are dealt with within the company helps to solve small problems quickly keeping everyone involved up to date.

"Great calling application" Pros: Great software application (no need for on-premise hardware) for calling and meetings. Easy to use. Cons: Sometimes stops working and the audio gets disconnected but everything else works great. Overall: We have adopted the Cisco Webex Calling application of choice for our business meetings and callings.

Being cloud-based it is easy to access in multiple locations and deceives, any organization either small, medium or large business. It is easy to use, cost-effective billing and you don't need to be a voice engineer to use the platform. Using Webex Calling is a great way to also expand into Webex Contact Center.

I tried out Webex Calling as a solution for contacting current and potential clients to discuss their work in detail. I'm not particularly opposed to Webex Calling. It works well enough, and I didn't have any bad experiences. I just prefer using Zoom for my business and client communication purposes.

Webex Calling is a phone system that is completely based in the cloud allowing end-users to connect and use the business phone line from anywhere in the world. Prior to implementing Webex Calling, we had a very outdated on-premise phone system that lacked mobility features, was limited in capabilities, and provided little to no reporting features. Since the switch to Webex, we are now able to provide our mobile staff with the features they need to place and receive calls using our business number instead of their mobile numbers. We have gained massive reporting features that let us keep track of our significant incoming calls. And we have gained a number of useful features that we never knew we needed. Our organization provides business equipment for our clients and we get a large number of incoming calls for clients for both sales and service. Those calls are all handled life (no auto-attendant bots), so being able to quickly route and handle those calls was a requirement and Webex Calling handles it with ease. The implementation of the product was also much easier than I expected.

We use Webex Calling for our daily inbound and outbound calling and also as an instant messaging service. Using Webex is fast and reliable and saves our employees time while also incraesing their effectivity rate. Also, the integration with our other platforms is seamless and we have not faced any system crashes so far. Overall, using Webex Calling has greatly helped our business in the terms of communication wether it is inside our company or with our customers.

All my Voice communications, both Webex to Webex that through main HQ PABX traditional lines. Webex calling answers better the question "can I go to the cloud for voice?". The main problems are related to traditional services like Directories, but more integrations are already available to fix these issues.

We use Webex Calling as our business telephone system. We previously had an on-premise telephony system that we had to maintain from software, hardware, support, and maintenance standpoint. With Webex Calling being in the cloud, we no longer have to use up internal resources for hardware to support the telephone system or maintain the hardware and software.

The cost of deployment has been affordable for our organization and their services are excellent.
