Webex Calling is available on a complete ecosystem of devices, including the Webex App for desktop and mobile, Cisco IP phones, Cisco Desk devices, and Cisco Room systems.

I work for communities and counseling for study abroad operations and for these operations I use Webex Calling, in this era where everything is going online I like how Webex Calling functions and solves my multiple problems with one go. Its integration with Webex Suite was what I liked the most, now everything can be done with ease be it calling, meetings or even messaging. The primordial problem it has solved for me is how in a very user-friendly way I have everything at my disposal. From connecting with colleagues to setting up meetings with partners, everything is seamless with Webex Calling. Cisco itself is a big company and it delivers quite well, Webex Calling is just another example of the same. Admin portal is quite friendly and easy to use and the most important part is that audio calls are crystal clear so all in all they do affect the meetings in a positive way by basically forming the base that no one sees. If not for this product and how nicely it functions, maybe a good partnership might've been broken maybe a deal wouldn't have been signed maybe corporate connectivity would not have been that good and seamless.

We have multiple sites in different countries and we need to have a centralized managed environment to all of them, integrated with our Azure AD and with a centralized carrier in order to reduce hardware costs and licenses. Webex Calling is the perfect suite for all of these and gives us a lot of benefits.

We needed a single solution to bring a nationally distributed company into a single platform which could be managed from anywhere. The business was a 24/7/365 emergency services for environmental issues and needed a robust platform that worked anywhere, any time with minimum fuss or issues. We used it for both corporate, branch and individual users.

We use Webex Calling for all inbound and outbound calls in our organization. We are able to have a mix of SIP trunks and local gateways/PRI's that we can utilize for calling. Webex Calling allows us to use both types of calling.

The problems that it addresses is that CUCM is going away and we are looking to upgrade to a newer phone system. We utilize Webex Calling for our call centers and all internal calls.

We use Webex Calling for all the team meetings ( which includes Daily stand-ups, all Sprint ceremonies, and even for PI Planning)that we have with both Internal teammates and also with External Vendors.
In addition, we use Webex Calling for any quick touchpoints with individual teammates. Webex Calling has been a comprehensive tool that we use across Enterprise for any meetings and we use Vide calling extensively to interact to simulate face to face meeting.

We use webex calling as Company, Org, and Team hotline together with Webex App and Webex Meeting and we use it in our day to day tasks. It addresses our problems from our previous solution wherein we cannot answer calls via our mobile device. I must say webex calling is worth the upgrade!

Its ability to hold multiple participants to have phone conferences and another great feature it offers is we can send voice messages to SMS and emails using it . There are many other platforms in this domain . But no one has addressed user problems like Cisco Webex has done so far.

We have to rely on different applications for day to day communication purpose like calling , sharing , instant messaging and video calls etc. But Webex has this by default and in addition to it , it also offers finest features like VoIP calling and sending automated messages to people who are trying to reach when we are unavailable at work place . Transcripts of meetings are provided by all such applications , but the accuracy in which it transcripts audio is something good .

We are using Webex Calling as our primary driver for calling. We use Webex App, which includes messaging and meetings as well. We have used Microsoft Teams in past but they lack in enterprise features. Webex Calling includes almost all the features which we had when we were using on-premise calling solutions.

It is used to replace the on-premises solution of a banking organization, which in turn has a contact center solution.These require maintaining most of the services they currently use, among which are: Porting current phones to the cloud, and other characteristics of on-premises services.
The important part is the capability to integrated with a Contact Center Solution.

The company I work for is now fully remote. We have employees across multiple locations in the world, so consistent collaboration is key for the progress of work and communication.
Webex provides that for us.

With Webex, we are able to host internal team and individual meetings, presentations and discussions.

We also use Webex for interactions with our clients and potentially customers through webinars which is great.

We use Webex meetings as a substitute for face-to-face meetings. If at least one employee works in a home office, all regular meetings are held via Webex. When we work with external partners, we sometimes also use their booked meeting software. And for larger meetings with all employees, Zoom is used.

Webex is a great choice for businesses looking for a reliable video conferencing platform, we use it for handling external meetings with suppliers and 3rd parties. The audio and video quality are excellent, the features are comprehensive, and the interface is easy-to-use. We have a lot of meetings with external suppliers and they are not federated for Teams so we use Webex to facilitate this.

As part of the upgrade process for one of the campaigns we manage, we were in need of a platform that could replace MS software.This had to be less intrusive but at the same time have the most important core features for communication, Webex provided this, more than enough to be excellent to cover all our needs. It allows seemless communication between all our peers, remote and in office.

We use webex as our firm video conferencing platform. We use it for internal meetings and also to set up meetings with outside parties. We also use it as a conference line. It addresses problems related to meetings where not everyone can be present in person, and avoid fees charged by conference line callers as that is an added feature.

We had used Webex Calling in my previous organization as a communication/collaboration platform for both internal and client meetings. This is such a great unified application for calling, communication and conducting team meetings that greatly helps to improve effective and efficient coordination and eases teamwork which was lacking earlier without it.
