Webex has been a very useful tool for many years, it is important to highlight that it is a leading tool in the market that facilitates many tasks and interaction between users when joining a virtual meeting.Many times we do not have time to write down what is pending, but Webex generates with its AI a summary of the most important points of the meetings, so there is no need to worry about losing valuable information mentioned.Every week we have follow-up meetings, therefore it is important to keep notes and be able to discuss the progress and the next steps that have to be taken so as not to waste time repeating objectives or things that were already discussed before.

The noise supression is nothing short of excellent and is pretty muc the only one of the newer AI innovations that we will miss when we leave Webex iN december this year.
A lot of the AI innovations seem gimmicky (such as the one where if physically move away from your computer, Webex will turn off your mic and camera automatically, and then when it sees you've come back it will switch them back on and send you the transcript summary of what you'd missed automatically. They seem fixated in these types of gimmicks and are ignoring the fact that documents won't be able to be shared, annotated and saved in the same way as has always been possible with Webex

I tried automatic noise suppression, and it worked well, especially once in a while there was construction nearby, and I asked the audience “Is the noise bothering you?” and all of them said no, then this made me sure about this function working well. I did not try real-time transcription; however, this function also sounds nice, better to have when in need. All functions are easy to run and configure, and when you need one, you know where it can be, this also means well-designed User Interface.
