Currently, I've been working the hybrid work model for about a year. After COVID, we worked from home for about a year and a half full-time. Last summer, we implemented a hybrid work model to work from home a few days a week & work from the office a few days a week. At this point, I am in a comfortable routine of going back and forth from the office to my home setup. WebEx has been paramount in this entire experience and really changed the way we do business as sellers. At my company, we even changed my division from Inside Sales to Digital Sales. The transformation and tools we have been provided to work this way have been astounding. WebEx is on the front line of that process. I couldn't imagine my day to day without WebEx now to communication internally & externally.

We have completed our initial deployment of an hybrid work solution based on Cisco Webex and related products. Previously users had desktop phones, and have been smoothly transitioned to using software based Webex calling. The integration of the different Webex components has enabled better and easier collaboration with remote team members. We can now easily add or dial in additional Webex meeting participants on the fly and the user experience is much better than our previous solution which did not cater for remote work.
