The first reason is the ease of use and availability, which makes WebEx work for all. The quality of audio and video is adorable. As a business development associate, I must make an impression on the other side, and WebEx helps me make first impressions. A few features are complex for new users but can be resolved.

Well suited for Big video conferences (i.e., events, forums, etc.) as it allows +500 participants. Video conferences where multimedia files need to be shared and reviewed, as it can be done on platform so no need for external options. Less appropriate for video conferences with external parties (i.e. invitees, newcomers, public access video conferences) as the sign up process is longer than other platforms (i.e. Zoom), recording or registering post-meeting data, High quality record (i.e. podcasts, reviews, interviews, posting clips on socials, etc) as the sound quality can be improved.

The seamless integration with email platforms we use in our organization. The interoperability with other conferencing platforms from other vendors, e.g., Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or Zoom meetings. Hosting meetings with people from as many as three or four different organizations (clients, vendors, partners, etc.) and WebEx made it super easy for all the invitees to join from wherever they were. Although it was ideal when everyone had the computer app installed, some users occasionally would have to join via a browser window, but that only took a few moments to resolve itself. A few times, it would freeze or experience technical issues.

Webex Meetings is a great platform for presentations. I use it specifically to present training and demos for software implementations. Being able to present my screen as well as give participants the ability to control my screen makes for a very engaging demonstration. I also have the ability for participants to use the chat feature for ongoing discussion or place questions they have into a questions panel to be answered on a break, so the discussion is not interrupted. Overall this is a very easy-to-use platform even for guests that do not use it on a regular basis. Most of my students and participants find [it] very easy to use the first time. While I do find Webex Meetings to be one of my top platforms for presentation, there are other platforms that integrate much better into full communication workflows. Webex [Meetings] does integrate with email platforms like Outlook or Gmail, but it tends to be a little less smooth than other meeting platforms on the market.

Webex Meetings is the best way to communicate on cloud.

I was traveling last month, and at this time, my manager asked for an urgent meeting for the whole team, Webex Meetings helped us to meet remotely without returning to our office. We spent about three hours in a meeting discussing all points and begin to take action and follow these actions remotely. It was a great experience.
