Some fields are customiseable which makes it user friendly. It would be good to have more features on this as users are not Finance or Tech minded to need to make things simple.

I get complaints from users that the system is buggy. E.g the fields are not shown on screen (zoom issues), filled in fields disappear etc. Sometimes the system kicks users out, not sure if too many people are logged in but this can be frustrating.

At first it is a little difficult to use but it becomes easy after a couple of times and then it is just routine. So much time is saved by not having to manually enter the expense claim as it is all automated by the accounts payable team. It has been well received in the business.

The system is very simple to use once you get the hang of it and set up all the customer defaults. It makes life a little easier without all the paperwork around. I am a tidy desk, tidy mind person so I can think a lot clearer if I have a clear desk. I can refer to old invoices to check who authorized them.

Overall it is quite easy to use. Some parts are slightly counter intuitive but can be worked out. The mileage tracking is useful but the map is hard to use if you need to specify a route you took. Often it uses the shortest route which is not often the route you will actually use.

Webexpenses is a very easy to use program. It takes a little while to learn where everything goes, then it is very easy to do once you have learned that. Sometimes it can be awkward and time consuming to add receipts to the correct element of the claim, although once you are on the right path it becomes apparant.

As explained in previous questions. This product is very good for time management and keeping track of expenses claimed and petty cash till float totals to make sure nothing is missing. Only downside I find is that you have to press submit twice and have to wait for approval until a 2nd claim can be made. I would recommend this product for use in a business such as a vet practice.

It [is] the ability to access anywhere 24/7 with or without a laptop or the need to use a VPN connection which elevates this above any in-house solution that we could develop and that really simplifies the management of the expenses process going forward for the business as a whole.

I find it easy to use and have not encountered any problems. I am not the most technical minded as my generation used to have to put coins in the phone if you wanted to make a call.
Now I just take a photo then add a few details about the purchase and press save.

As before overall usability is good, there are some areas that could be improved such as adding new mileage claims without a new window and map pop-up. Adding receipts is not as straightforward as it could be. Approval process is quick and easy, historical data is easy to access and interrogate.

I still find elements clunky and a few times my entries have got corrupted and then it has corrupted the entire claim. This was not great as I had thrown away receipts and then couldn't properly record them and I had lost all the photos, etc.

App and website are simple to use and easy to add receipts to. Receipt retention could definitely be better. Titles for vaults could be simpler but this could be more company specific. Explanation for some of the expense options could be more informative as unsure of the differences between certain choices.

It's pretty good. Like all systems, there are area's for improvement, however in the grand scheme of things, after evaluating a heap of competitors, web expense was the best bang for our buck. We will keep an eye on the market, however for now we are happy with our selection.

For the most part, the software overall usability is easy. I am able to keep better track of my travel and milage. There are a few instances when it becomes cumbersome, such as when needing to calculate the correct milage for a particular travel and when navigating between expense windows.
