Easy to use website interface and also a very handy app for iPhone. For me, it isn't entirely useful to create a claim and then expenses within that claim - I would rather that it runs on a bi-weekly date run, but I can imagine for heavy users that the separate claim feature is much more useful.

The website is very good, but the app is very user-unfriendly. Uploading receipts is fidgety. However, once the claim is submitted, it is easy to review previous claims and work out total spending, etc., etc. The format of the website and app is quite accessible, also. Not too bad.

Really easy to use, and intuitive for the most basic learner. Can easily pick up how to use within an hour of going through each process. Comes as an app and on a browser so easy to do on the go or when you've forgotten to input your expenses.

Some things like attaching receipts are a little clunky - you click add receipt and it insists you save first, which kicks you out of that part of the submission and you have to go back in to add the correct receipt to the correct claim component.

80% of the process is spot on. Negatives, which, once fixed, will give it a 100% rating, are; 1. Mileage claims based on Google Maps with traffic re-routing, not giving the real mileage driven. How about the app that has a mileage track option? When enabled, it tracks the journey & gives true mileage traveled. 2. Website claims; selecting a client that doesn't pop up in the 1st three clients means you have to press multiple buttons. Just show all clients in the drop-down in alphabetical order and not have to click three buttons to get it to do that!

I am giving Webexpenses a score of 9 as I find the whole experience of using very painless and efficient without any stress. Very often, I am very busy with my other work tasks, and the fact that this is very simple, easy, and quick to use makes the whole process run very smoothly.

As in my previous comments the website is not very usesable. The only way to solve that is to start fresh by creating a different app-like website that makes the life of their users easier. Nowadays, there are many mobile apps that can read receipts on the fly (e.g. by just taking a picture) but webexpenses still follows the old school process of keeping hold of paper receipts, go back home, take pictures of each one of them, emailing the pictures to yourself, then uploading them to WebEx in order to start claiming your receipts amount back. Seriously painful process. On top of that, our claims get rejected over silly excuses (e.g. didn't specific the number of people), I find that one to be unnecessary unless I state I'm travelling with someone else. If you give WebEx a try you'll totally understand what I mean. It's like using a website created in the 90's really old school, too slow and heavy. I wish the university could move into a different application as this one is very frustrating and sometimes I just don't bother adding in all receipts as it takes a lot of time to do so. It's 2022 and we still can't claim expenses using mobile devices!

For the most part, the software overall usability is easy. I am able to keep better track of my travel and milage. There are a few instances when it becomes cumbersome, such as when needing to calculate the correct milage for a particular travel and when navigating between expense windows.

Because the only fault I can think of is remembering old routes as I do go the same places, but it is so easy to use, I really don't need it. It is very simple, I was never shown how to use it, it is just obvious. It is quick, with a few simple stages to create a monthly submission, which saves time and allows me to concentrate on doing my job.
