Although simplicity of use Isn’t that friendly, It is a well organized tool for employees to use for when they’re needing something to expense for companies to manage a quicker rate. Plus, for the employee, this generally is much easier than jumping through itemization hoops and issues where Webexpenses can be customized to eliminate fields like those.

I find Webexpenses easy to use, and quite self-explanatory. Which in turn once you as an admin are used to it, helps massively when training and helping others and new users. The system tells you if you are missing something, or there is an error. Anyone willing to want to use Webexpenses can do so easily I believe.

Not very user friendly intuitively, and has very slow responsiveness. Mileage calculations can also be difficult to adjust when the user takes a different route to the one the software initially assumes. (e.g. if it has pathed the shortest route and therefore lowest claim, but the user has taken motorways which are faster but longer distance)

Lots of functionality and options. Give you fine grained control on logging expenses, tax, categories, upload functionality for invoices and you can assign it to certain members and teams.

Very easy to use and simple to follow. There is nothing that is overly complicated about this system and I have never had any issues using from a perspective of loading expenses or reviewing my staffs expenses.

It is not perfect, but it is well designed, and I recognized that the system has to be complicated to cover all the options possible. Some of the quirkiness might be due to our company's own rules.

[Webexpenses] is not easy to navigate, most online systems now are very intuitive and users can easily work out what they have to do but I find with Webexpenses it is not made clear what the process is and some vital buttons i.e. submit are quite hidden!

Overall it is easy to use and quick to upload any claims. However a little complicated in setting up a claim initially. But once you've done it a few times it's quite easy. Also, the map function is great but sometimes goes a little crazy when you use the drag function.

The UI is really clear and straight to the point. It's easy to view past claims [and] receipts to amend current claims if you've forgotten to add receipts or descriptions. You can easily filter your claims too. The dashboard is intuitive and allows you to quickly see what amounts are outstanding and what has been approved and paid.

User friendly interface. Very easily accessible. Available on several devices. Would be nice if we could use Face ID. Fairly straightforward. Saves all previous claims so these can be referred back to if needed in the future. Would highly recommend this to other companies as it saves a lot of time and confusion.

It's really good, but can use some improvements here and there. Webexpenses provides an appropriate way to keep track of the expenses made by the employees, whether it is by purchase of equipment or other self-development tools, or to facilitate budgeting for team building events without the need for management to be fully involved.

I've used better systems, my last employer had one that is much better. Its clunky and not very user friendly. It's better than nothing but it definitely has work to do before its better than its competitors. Its not evolved in the last 6 or 7 years I have been using it.
