We use [Webexpenses] across the organization with our head office staff and also with associates who claims expenses sporadically. It gets rid of the need for people to retain receipts and/or post them to head office to be processed.

We use it to track expenses for receipts and mileage. As we are often carrying out client meetings, booking trains and transport and taking out clients to events, etc we needed software that makes it easy to claim expenses and have it authorized by the relevant person. Rather than it being a complicated process of passing things through HR and payroll etc, Webexpenses makes it really simple to pass it through to the correct person who can sign it off and then the money can be paid quickly.

Very efficient to use when it comes to claiming back expenses from business trips and other expenses. It is very easy to track historic claims and any pending ones in review. You get updates on all amendments via email and the app is great. I would highly recommend to anybody wanting to simplify their claim process.

Our entire company uses WebExpenses to manage and claim expenses. The most frequent use case is claiming back travel costs, both for travel via rail and public transport, as well as via an own vehicle.
The platform is great, as it allows you to set a starting and ending destination for when you claim back for fuel. The automatic calculation of the miles travelled, and the exact ammount you will be paid in compensation, is much faster and more accurate than other methods of claiming back travel costs.

the use of taking photos as you get reciepts and then the ability to submitt and save favourites is a great help.

It is a handy way of keeping track of overtime and ensuring we are getting paid correctly. It cuts out chasing HR back and forth and keeps the process very simple.

It is being used across the whole business, for anybody who has a credit card or anyone who also uses a manager's card. Personally I use it for fuel expenses and I use it as a proxy for my manager for any purchases I make using his card.

Being used by the whole company as benefits for the employees. It takes certain expenses and puts them on the company's shoulders rather than the employees'. It also serves as a useful tool to help organize team events in a grass-roots manner, such as organizing dinners with the team, summer events, winter events and even barbecues with the team.

Used to monitor and award expenses for travel and meals. This is used by the whole business. It is used to streamline and simplify the process of claiming expenses. The only problem for the business is that someone is required to monitor any claims put in by employees.

It is being used to manage expenses for all individuals who are in remote locations. Everyone in the business has to use it and expenses will not be paid without putting them into the system. There are lots of pre populated drop down boxes and a hierachy which makes it difficult to claim for anything that is not within those parameters.

Our company uses Webexpenses to manage all staff expenses and credit card transactions.

We upload a csv file of the credit card transactions, that we get from logging into our bank.

We export expenses and credit card as a csv. report file and manipulate the data so it becomes a journal which we upload to Sage.

Webexpenses is used for expense management currently where all credit card holder submit a claim for their credit card statement. Webexpenses is being used by all the credit card holders of the organization and their managers. It reduces the time spent manually keying in credit card expense claims and improves the security around the approval of the claim.

We use the expenses system for our employees to submit their claims remotely and we use the purchase ledger system. It is used across the whole organization and all staff uses the expenses part and the Accounts department mainly uses the invoicing system. Some managers and directors have access to make authorizations. The expenses system seems a bit crazy like too much info at some points but does what it needs to. The accounts system works but sometimes invoices are initially input wrong.

We use Webexpenses in our business to track our expenses. As we are meeting clients and candidates often, we use this regularly either on the computer or on the app. A lot of expenses are input mainly for mileage, client entertaining, team rewards and other general expenses we incur with client visits.
