We use [Webexpenses] across the organization with our head office staff and also with associates who claims expenses sporadically. It gets rid of the need for people to retain receipts and/or post them to head office to be processed.

I use Webexpenses to claim back lunches and mileage when I am working away from site. I use Webexpenses for approximately 2 weeks out of every month. Using Webexpenses enables me to add and submit claims daily or weekly, depending on when I detail my claims. This solves the problem of claims being put on hold internally due to holidays etc, as claims can be completed or approved from home.

Webexpenses is being used across the whole organization for management of Mileage and Expenses. There is flexibility of monthly, quarterly or quick approval basis, you can submit the expenses, get approved and paid. Happy days. Its user friendly platform and also the training videos when starting are a great help. Really pleased with user friendly interface.
