We use Therabill to send out all claims for our outpatient PT practice and process the payments. I love that it is integrated with our scheduling and documentation software and the claim information flow straight over.
- Great integration with WebPT
- Love the auto posting of patient payments when we apply ERAs - and the ability to not apply if there is a secondary.
- The Patient statements are pretty easy to send out. Love that we have options to print or email them.
- The zendesk site answers a LOT of questions and is a fantastic resource.
- Integration with Documentation and ERAs
- Ability to bill patients.
- Sends out claims pretty quickly and has the easy ability to print to PDF to fax claims or print on paper to mail for the companies that do not have electronic claims.
- I don't like the pricing. We have many part time employees and I think we overpay.
- Claims flow pretty quickly through and help up get paid sooner.
Compulink was not a good thing at all. Therabill is much better.
Kareo was better in some way, but worse in others. We moved to Therabill for lower cost and because it was bought by WebPT and we figured they would be putting all improvements toward that.

No, I do not think it is an option and we already pay enough.
