Jane has been a MARKED improvement for us from WebPT. We were able to customize it to our liking, they offer online scheduling within the software, and billing couldn't be simpler or easier to use. I have been able to handle claims with ease and have had little to no issue with getting paid promptly and accurately. I have been counting down the days to the end of our "cool down period" with WebPT because I cannot WAIT to be rid of them.

I would choose and recommend WebPT to others for how easy it is to navigate and how reliable it is when storing important and confidential information. What's super helpful as well is being able to backtrack cancellations and no show appointments even after removing from the schedule/calendar. This has helped me track the records of our practice.

Alternatives Considered
OptimisPT is a decent EHR. However, it is very expensive; along with the billing software. WebPT is a good EHR and very inexpensive for what you get. Between the two, WebPT is solid, trustworthy, and budget friendly. The software is always up-to-date. You're always notified when there is going to be maintenance.

A little of apples to oranges because that documentation system is geared more towards the home health market vs WebPT which is more outpatient based.
