The most important feature was how comprehensive and well-integrated WebPT is with its other related services. We needed a service that could integrate with a claims billing system. WebPT and Therabill integrate seamlessly to allow for sessions in WebPT to carry over in Therabill for billing. This simplifies our workflow tremendously.

Cloud based makes it easy for all employees to log in and use from any location including smart phones. Multilocation features work great with us having 4 locations and can scale easily. It is also very user friendly and simple to use yet compliant as well with always changing healthcare and insurances laws.

Nice to have the backup completed offsite. When starting the program it is very nice to have the education articles and videos available at your fingertips.
So nice to have our billing system integrated with Webpt. Makes life so much easier. Nice to be able to access the program off-site.

The system was easily used for multiple disciplines. We have physical, occupation, and speech therapists who specialize in a wide range of diagnosis including neurological conditions which many other EMR systems do not easily support. WebPT makes it easy to schedule and document for a wide variety of appointment types.

Features and usability of the product. WebPT is very user friendly and has an amazing support staff. We looked at 2 other EMR's and did product demos and liked WebPT a lot more! WebPT was more expensive, but we thought the pros of the product outweighed the cost in the end.
