And because WebPT is a cloud-based application, PTs, OTs, and SLPs can access the platform (and its data) from anywhere, at any time, promoting collaboration across patient care teams and with third-party payers.

One area where WebPT's support truly shines is with complex billing issues. We sometimes encounter those frustrating "kickback errors" containing technical jargon that's beyond our expertise. For instance, we recently received an error referencing an obscure EDI loop and segment issue.

Their billing support team not only understood the technical language but also quickly diagnosed the problem. They explained the issue in clear, understandable terms and walked us through the steps to resolve it. This not only saved us valuable time but also prevented further claim denials. Their expertise and willingness to explain the technical aspects were invaluable, making them a true partner in our billing success.

Yes, Web PT has great customer service or support, anytime there is any thing going on they are very responsive. They offer many options like chat, email, or call options to connect or report things or issues. Once reported the issues are resolved very quickly and efficiently. WebPT has great support.

Prior to COVID-19 WebPT had problems with their roll out of WebPT billing. We brought this to their attention, they provided support, and made it right financially. Their current level of support is far from exceptional. Of all the vendors I partner with to meet my clinic business needs they are currently the worst.

Yes, when we began our clinic and program. We had many questions as we learned the system. When we began the program it was about 4 months later when we scheduled our first patient. In that period of time a lot had been forgotten from the initial education help. It was real nice to to get anwers

WebPT has always provided exceptional support on multiple occasions. Some of those times it was when they send me a link with a visual step by step instructions. I like to save them to my favorites go to for future use and I also use them for training purpose. Support has gone above and beyond to call me to inquire about my concern if I don't respond to their email in a timely manner.

We were trying to decide if we should add a student profile to our account because she was only going to be here for 8 weeks. The support team talked through our options and pricing with us and helped us to put her on. They also were helpful with explaining how to remove her from the account when she was done here.

We found a note that was completed but the button for completion was never pressed. And that employee was let go. We couldn't figure out how to get the note finialized and they helped us resolve our issue in less than 15 minutes.

When I first started using WebPT I could usually get someone on the phone to resolve my problems within minutes. The people answering the phone seemed to have intimate knowledge of the product and were quick to resolve issues.
