General computer use skills are needed, but WebPT has a great deal of training material and reference guides provided all along the site to aid in learning its usage. Otherwise we generally just need a couple people who are broad experts on the entire platform for immediate aid, but WebPT also has a chat support at the ready on any part of the site.

PT With A Difference
WebPT has their own support, our staff does not have to support the software. Web PT has their own support and is available via phone call, chat, or email. They are very responsive and helpful to resolve any issues we may come across. I highly recommend Web PT as they are the best out there.

Webpt provides so many enhancements in the program which makes all the steps fairly easy to complete from intake to billing. Having the therapists complete the billing procedures almost eliminates the possibility of billing errors.

Over all, we do not need in house support. We contact WebPT and they take care of things if there is a problem. One person is the lead contact for that and tries to get things addressed quickly.

We don't currently employ anyone that would work the webPT backend. We are able to do most troubleshooting from here, but occasionally will call the helpline.

We do not have any in house support for WebPT. All support needed for WebPT must go through phone calls or support chats to the WebPT support team.
