Onboarding felt a bit rushed. There were questions we had that got answers to, but were not able to verify until much later, whereby we discovered some features we were told of were not implemented or not available. Our migration was pretty big, so it took longer than most clinics do for them, but even so it would have been better to be allotted more time with our onboarding specialist to get everything completely up and ready.

PT With A Difference
I would not change anything, we are very happy with Web PT, again it has been very easy to use and grown with our practice. Very compliant, easy to use, we are very happy with Web PT and will continue to grow with them and keep the software for long term.

Longtime WebPT consumer looking to change
I am currently re-evaluating my choice of Physical Therapy enterprise softwares. I remain committed to a Physical Therapy specific platform. I am now looking for a company with better technical support, customer services, and agility to respond to the rapidly changing needs of modern healthcare.

WebPT Rocks!
There are a lot more options now so more to choose from. We have seen a lot of reviews from others in the industry and feel that is a great resource.

WebPT is great!....for the most part.
I would maybe check out other web based software. We have only used 2 softwares, I'm sure there are more out there that are comparable, but we have only explored these two oppurtunites. There are quite a few instances of glitches and we cannot literlaly do anything since it is server based. Which is about the only annoying thing that we experience with this software.

Best overall EMR
If we had to evaluate for a new EMR system again, we would likely need to demo the software for a couple of weeks prior to switching to that system completely to make sure that it fits all of our needs. Customer service is also very important to us so making sure that the support team can respond quickly and effectively would be part of that process.

WebPT is a must!
We wouldn't change anything! About 2 years ago we looked into making a switch due to the increase in price of WebPT, but after doing some EMR demos from other companies we decided to stay with WebPT based on the features, layout, and user friendly schedule/program. We are still glad with our decision and worked with a company rep on lowering our cost.
