And because WebPT is a cloud-based application, PTs, OTs, and SLPs can access the platform (and its data) from anywhere, at any time, promoting collaboration across patient care teams and with third-party payers.

I'd rate WebPT's support a 9. A major reason for this high rating is their friendly and knowledgeable chat support, available throughout business hours. Whenever we've had a question, connecting with a representative through chat has been quick and easy. The support staff consistently provides clear and helpful solutions, minimizing downtime and ensuring our clinic operations run smoothly.

Web PT is a great software program, we have used it for many years now and it is the best software for physical therapy. Very user friendly, easy to use, very compliant, and cost effective. We will con't to use WebPT for many years to come. Customer service and many features.

Support overall has been great but not perfect. There are times when I have to wait for a resolution longer than I would have liked. However, support usually resolves my matter as quickly as possible.

It is nice to have someone to turn to when the situation/ problem is addressed with professionalism. Support offers detailed instructions for issues. The response could be a little faster as of late. Sometimes it takes a few days to get a response. I am not sure if they evaluate which question is more important and answer accordingly?

Support was pretty much always helpful. My only complaint was not being able to always get someone on the phone immediately during working hours and having to wait to hear back. But once we heard back, problems were solved quickly and sufficiently. Staff was always friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been utilizing WebPT support chat option for a little over a year now since the feature was added on. I really enjoy the live chat help because the support rep will go step by step instruction to help me trouble shoot my concerns for any EMR and user account features. When more assistance is needed, they will escalate it immediately and I will receive a case number and email with technical support team to resolve my issue. Overall, my concerns get settled within minutes in the Support chat option. Technical support, when my concerns get escalated, are able to bring resolution within 24 hours.

They used to be a 9 or a 10, it takes a lot longer and we are not always satisfied with the answers now. But over all it is a solid product. 99% Of the support team are friendly and helpful.

Support has been helpful to what we need in the past. It is not too difficult to reach someone on the support team and they typically are able to help solve problems that may arise through use.

When I first started using WebPT the support was quick and it was easy to get someone on the phone and they were happy to help resolve my issues quickly. As time has gone on, it has taken much longer to process requests for help. It is rare that I even get same day responses to my questions. Sometimes this holds up patient care significantly.
