Zix support is great. The support staff is happy to help you understand settings and give you tutorials on the management portal. The services work so well that we rarely have to contact support, but when we do, somebody is always there to answer our questions. Zix is there to help!

We had an instance in which I needed to have a certain filter changed due to not doing what I needed it to do. I called support and they were able to work with me to accomplish exactly what I needed. Their support is reliable and quick for our site.

We were having an issue right after implementing Zix that some emails were bouncing back to the outside companies. When we opened a ticket they were quick to help and give us guidance on where to look. In the end it wasn't even an issue on their side but something we needed to tweak on our server.

Originally we had an onsite Zix appliance. Zix support was very helpful in determining a mail flow issue when I had decreased visibility. They helped me determine that my mail server was having issues that were causing mail to be rejected and spooled in Zix. Thanks to Zix, I did not lose that email. Once the server was fixed, Zix released the mail automatically and we were back in business.

Zix has provided great post-sales support several times over the years. In a few situations, they helped "white-list" several recurring emails that contained false-positive information so that these emails would not continue to get caught in the quarantine. They also helped us with reconfiguring our Google domain configuration when one of our customers no longer received emails from us at all, due to their email system rejecting emails from our Zix gateway.

There was a teacher attempting to send an email out to parents with a notification regarding a future activity with her class. The email was being flagged by one of the phrase filters causing it to get rejected by the receiving email servers. I contacted Zix support in the afternoon and by the next morning they had corrected the issue and the teacher was able to send her email notifications. Zix support identified the issue and resolved it quickly.

Zix helped us perform our first e-discovery request as we were not familiar with the solution. They also assisted in a M&A when we needed to divest all email from a group of users. Amazing post sales support. And the pre-sales resources stay engaged.

During our implementation, Carl Goad was an excellent POC for our implementation and also for any tickets we have opened since. We have had several times where Zix was able to figure out where the breakdown was. Our side, the receivers mail system and even Zix once and awhile, but 98% of the issues we had, were either our problem or the company or person we were sending mail to. Support is excellent and they have a world class 1st line support desk

When having issues with the mobile app and calendar, we contacted Zix. They responded quickly and professionally. Our issues had less to do with zix, and a lot more with our email config and unusual calendar/permissions/account setup. Zix answered our questions, researched others and responded with helpful answers for us to help troubleshoot our email configs.

Yes. We had just implemented Zix to replace another product which was presenting numerous false positives within our system and blocking many external emails this impacting our business. With Zix they can on site after 30 days and did an assessment of our configuration and implemented some best practice workflows which enhanced our experience with their solutions.

My sales executive was exceptional at working with me to get on board. But, it was beyond even that how she followed up after the sale. That is unusual with a product such as this.

I stalled a lot in looking at Zix, because I believed that there could be a free solution to meet my needs. Nothing else worked, though.

She called me agin because Zix had begun to offer a new configuration more ideally suited to our needs, and I bought in.
