Installation was efficient and pretty much followed the manufacturer's guide. The interface is intuitive and Webroot Endpoint Protection doesn't take an IT security professional to configure or deploy.

I had some difficulties with remote users. I ended up needing to open a remote tech support session and finish the process. Other than a few speed bumps, I was impressed with the engineering of the install. Because of time differences, I was done installing in two days. The cost, per license, could be less.

With us, it was easy to implement as it was a part of our RMM software suite. Once the RMM software was installed, it became very easy to push Webroot to all of those machines at once. It also makes it easy to keep it updated, and to remove/add new systems to the service.

It is a pretty good software overall for most home users or most small businesses out there but most if not all of the medium to large businesses out there will need something more powerful. Lacks some of the advanced features the some of the more powerful apps offer these days.

As a quasi-technical individual we were able to configure and implement Webroot End Point Protection will minimal problems. We did rely upon assistance for a Webroot software engineer to remotely assist with the process.
