  • Less manual interventions.
  • Included in our RMM Software Suite, so the cost is factored into that.
  • Allows IT to have more peace of mind and less stress over the 'random surfing' of users.

  • The licenses are pretty expensive but less costly than an actual malware infestation.
  • We have tremendous peace of mind knowing that our machines and communications are secure.
  • Our IT consultants are a little more involved in day-to-day management than they were before deploying Webroot Endpoint Protection, which means an increase in cost, but again this is a fair price to pay for protection against Internet threats.

  • Our old antivirus solution caused a lot of management headaches and wasted a lot of time dealing with those issues. We don't have that with Webroot, so we can spend our time in more productive ways.
  • We have been able to get clients who aren't fully managed yet in our system to use Webroot. The cloud management doesn't force it to be connected to a 3rd party management system, so we can set up admin accounts for clients so they can manage it themselves. This has worked well, and also makes it very easy to keep the Webroot setup if they do become fully managed later on.

  • Webroot Endpoint Protection provides our office with a very affordable method to protect all our servers as well as workstations. There's no distinction with their pricing model, which saves us dollars when it comes to protecting our various computer devices.
  • Our computer consultant right away saw Webroot Endpoint Protection as the solution for us when the competitor Ninja stopped providing the needed anti-virus protection support. This saved us from having to spend more on other programs like Sophos & Symantec.

  • It has had a positive impact. We're getting a great deal on it through Connectwise.
  • It has kept viruses out of our systems very reliably so that saves us a lot of headaches and time wasted and loss of customer trust.

  • It saves us time and money in the fact that it runs and we never really have to worry about that part of IT. IT just runs
  • Being able to centrally manage the clients is another plus because of being able to reach it virtually anywhere.
  • Very simple quick installs. Gives us time to do other things.

  • Positive ROI. We replaced McAfee with Webroot at Helac Corp. Webroot is vastly superior to McAfee for ease of management and policy creation/deployment. McAfee required a lot of manual work and was not very reliable, Webroot is the exact opposite.
  • After deploying Webroot; its simple administration and management requires us to spend less time administering/remediating client computers, so we can spend time working on business critical projects.
  • Reliability and confidence for users travelling the world, having Webroot's cloud-based updating keeps our systems safe so we can focus on doing business.
