How Wikku organizes data

Businesses that currently still use traditional folders and handwritten notes wcan more easily digitalise, centralise, distribute and manage their digital files from desktop computers or mobile devices.
  1. Jobs: Wikku revolves around jobs. Each job is identified with the name of the corresponding client, the product and specific variant, the relevant customization techniques, and any other tasks involved in the production process.
  2. Clients: Each client requests a specific customization. Hence, each job is defined by the corresponding client. Wikku also allows the user to organize these clients into groups; for instance, into the distributors or intermediaries.
  3. Products: The next level defines the product and the specific variant. Wikku can also manage special cases; for instance, when ‘the customization is the product itself’ or when they are ‘client-owned products’.
  4. Tasks: Lastly, each individual job is made up of different tasks. These can range from varying customization techniques to different procedures, such as alterations to clothes, folding tasks, bagging, packaging and special labels.
Wikku incorporates all the details and particular characteristics of each job on a single platform, thereby reducing delivery errors and problems to a minimum and maximising the business’s productivity, efficiency and profit. Despite being a bit tedious at the beginning with its configuration, Wikku has been characterized for being a very fast program at the time of a simulation or to configure automatic comments. The main idea of Wikku is to be able to download quickly and reliably from any device. It is important to clarify that it has fast management when importing a good amount of clients to the base server.
  • Wikku provides us with a powerful search engine when we finish importing the client templates in order to be able to control all the projects or jobs that clients send us by email.
  • Wikku provides us with basic tools to create a product sheet to make the respective assignment to any customer who wants it under any image of any product in question.
  • Wikku allows us to have a technical library where we can download and save from logos to necessary files.
  • At the time of managing Wikku with some integration, this became somewhat slow, although it is possible that the support will give you SAT management immediately.
  • You have to request certain functions that Wikku itself does not have, for example, in the editing table you need the Siser color chart to be able to edit to taste.
  • It takes a lot of adaptation for new customers, many tutorials are needed at the beginning to be able to understand from the beginning the operation of Wikku.
Wikku has given us the possibility to order our company without any hesitation and without having the possibility to make any mistakes. Despite the short time we have been using Wikku we recommend it 100% because it is an excellent working tool and gives us the possibility to organize all the files, images, and documents in a fast, safe, and reliable way.
