A big part of the success of my business has been implementing Winning by Design since it has helped us follow a set of methods and processes that focus on the customer every time, and my work now achieves great results where clients are satisfied as a result. It has worked wonders for me!
  • The process and methodology are well defined
  • Focused approach to customer satisfaction
  • Guide on how to resolve challenges through the implementationn
  • Putting the software into practice requires great commitment
  • The only problem with the software is that it is a time taking process
  • Customization is a little cumbersome
The software helps you build sales by giving you quick access to the tools you need to make sales. It also helps you build relationships with your clients and keep them happy with the service they receive from your business. This is great because it helps you retain existing customers and attract new ones. The only issue with this software is that it may be difficult for some businesses to set up correctly due to its complexity and the time taking implementation.
  • This software is very useful for business owner who wants to build their sales.
  • The software provides a way to track your clients and their needs, allowing you to see what they are looking for.
  • Provides better results for your business as a whole.
  • The software is great for managing my client base, which is always important because it helps me to make sure that I am providing the services that my clients need.
  • The software also makes it easy to keep track of all of my clients so that I know who is doing what and when they are next due.
  • I have used other software before, and this one far outshines them all.
INFUSEmedia is an integrated, demand-generation machine that is designed to help B2B associations drive quality interest. The only problem with the software is that sometimes it's hard to get ahold of someone in customer service if you have a question or need help with a situation.

We started with our SDR team, afterward, the management team and the AE’s took the appropriate course. We used it to boost our company wide SaaS knowledge after growing super fast for 3 years without true SaaS practices.
  • E-Learning
  • Course Reminders
  • Interactive sessions
  • Making things simple
  • Sometimes their style is very “American” and not useable in Europe. For example, how to act during cold calls
To boost the general knowledge of your SaaS sales team it’s a perfect solution. Taking juniors through their trainings saves managers a lot of time.
  • Flexibility in courses and start dates
  • SaaS orientated
  • The E-learning platform (also for accountability - do your “homework” which you need to do before the sessions to prepare)
  • Faster onboarding of SDRs which results in more quality demo’s planned, and faster
  • Speaking the same SaaS language in the office saves time
  • Employees want to learn and develop. In-house we don’t have a dedicated person to do so, so it saves an FTE and time
Nothing really. We have Pavillion as well for the management team and we have created a lot of in-house training materials.

Winning by Design teaches several courses within the company: account management, customer success, and new business development, among others. I participated in the recent account management class, where we learned about time management, sales strategies, communication, and expansion. During the classes, several playbooks were shared that helped us in the day-to-day.
  • teaching didactics
  • success cases
  • integration between participants
  • complementary material
  • teachers' know-how
  • accessible communication
  • uses examples from the contracting company for cases
  • more cross-selling content
  • courses for people, not just companies
  • platform with all recorded courses that professionals can sign without depending on your company to hire Winning by Design
I recommend Winning by Design for SaaS companies that want to train their teams in improving customer service, and growth as well as becoming more of a data drive on a day-to-day basis. During the course, I attended we had a combination of theoretical and practical content and interaction between the participants. We started by learning about the SaaS sales methodology, how to make demos, the importance of making the impact tangible for customers, how to tell stories that captivate and sell, partnership expansion, day-to-day strategies, time management, and information organization, among others.
  • course was customized
  • example of real situations
  • exchange of experience between teams
  • more organized meetings
  • targeted and strategic actions
  • increase in the number of return contact with customers
  • positive customer feedback
  • more sales opportunities
Different formats for different purposes. Winning by Design is 100% focused on the SaaS industry: courses, examples, and materials. It was also customized and more interactive. They diversified between readings, videos, live classes, and group dynamics. Classes were divided into modules and we received activities related to previous modules to fix the content.

In 2016 we organized a 6-month training course with Winning by Design for all our Account Executives, Customer Success Coaches, and SDRs. Last year we also had a representative give our SDRs a custom training session on how to use Video in email. We still use the playbook they created for us during our onboarding sessions.
  • Takes the best of 'old' and 'new' sales methodologies and teaches how to apply this in SaaS
  • Very valuable insights on how to attract, retain, and grow customers in tech/SaaS
  • Great hands-on sessions with lots of interaction
  • Every company/sales team has its own culture and you have to see how the concepts and teachings fit your own corporate culture
Very well suited for the whole go-to-market organization of companies that are:
  • operating in SaaS
  • have to evangelize & create the 'need' with their customers
  • struggle with scaling up their SDR/Sales/CS teams
  • The Training gave our SDRs a better understanding of how to approach our prospective buyers
  • Our Account Executives really focussed more on selling value after the sessions and their performance improved a lot!
  • Customer success coaches got better at cross- and upselling our customer base while keeping them happy.
