- User access and Licence management is manual and would be better to be managed by other system via integration
- Winshuttle SQL database has room to be improved and is using very old MS SQL version
- Winshuttle Form loading time is slow when used by many users at ones
- Tickets history logs are not convenient and intuitive
Return on Investment
- Winshuttle improved the E2E Material data creation time from 40 days to around 8 days
- Winshuttle enabled improving the BP Customer creation time SLA to 1 day
