- The admin portal looks different than the user content portal
- Security - class leading security, ensuring sites are protected and operate hassle free
- Scalability - provide patches and updates first before the market place
- Reliability - up to 99.9% up time, with a fantastic track record
- Performance - hitting the high notes for Core Web Vitals and ensuring WordPress is operating at its peak performance

- When you open a ticket, support will respond very quickly
- You won't encounter any problems concerning downtime
- Performance isn't affected by increased traffic
- There aren't any smaller hosting packages for organizations with lower budgets
- Plug-in updates through the repo can be somewhat tedious
- Timezone issues with support can happen occasionally

- Email support is more than enough! They are quick and always responsive even when there are urgent problems.
- Manages our WordPress codebase for security patches and updates rather well.
- Their partnership with our development team has helped us be hands-off with confidence when it comes to fixing any bugs.
- Having email-only support sometimes is cause for concern within leadership. If there is an opportunity for phone support we would probably consider that. It may already be an option I am unaware of.
