WordPress VIP

- Support was not so great.
- After some time it was told to us that we did not buy the support package. This was a poor sales technique and I still mention this to folks when we talk about WordPress.
- For VIP clients you should have excellent support built in, not an add-on.

Obviously very knowledgeable about WordPress, both from a hosting and framework point of view. A very friendly, approachable team, and because of the global reach someone is always available.

The online documentation and online ticket support system are great, knowing toy can get quick insightful answers to questions and any help you may need.

The support is very good but the platform sometimes makes difficult to upload files.

Except some occasional issues concerning timezones, support has been really fast and helpful.

The 24/7 support is instantaneous. Whenever I need to speak to someone from VIP (in my sales role) I am able to reach them through Slack within a couple of minutes.

The support team of WordPress VIP is well trained, and they know their service well. Dealing with experienced people makes the task of communicating and solving problems much more efficient. All software systems have problems, but if you find a service that answers properly, you can relax.

The people who work for WordPress VIP clearly are passionate about representing the organisation. Therefore when support is required, they do go above and beyond what you may expect in terms of overall support. They take security very seriously, and due to the nature of VIP, it's rarely a concern for the end-user, if at all.

WPVIP has different support packages to match the needs of the particular industry or situation. However, regardless of the package (which usually defines response times, among other factors) I firmly believe that WPVIP offers one of the best value to cost ratios in the industry. In addition, the company staff is impressively professional and are willing to go an extra mile for the customer.

WordPress VIP support is knowledgeable. The only issue we have is the different timezone people are in which can cause delays in responses.

The support team almost always has the answer. They were a big help during a recent launch, ensuring that everything could go smoothly. Email-only support can be difficult. It can take a few responses to get all parties to understand the issue.

I would give this a full 10 because support has been very responsive and helpful during our time using WPVIP. The only reason for a 9 is there was one time we had a little delay in getting an answer about an outage that was caused by our own team adding a plugin that was not compliant. To clarify, the outage was very short-lived. WPVIP helped us get back up and running very quickly and we did get the response eventually that helped us ensure the issue didn't happen again.

There's no better place to host a multisite environment for WordPress than WordPress VIP.
