Workable made job application process easy
Compared to other websites that I have used to submit applications (including resumes and cover letters), workable stands out as one of the easiest to use. I had little to no confusion and I didn't need to replicate information that was already in my resume and cover letter. A lot of job application software requires duplicating information, which is annoying and time consuming

This software can be implemented in less than 2 weeks. Offers mobile-friendly application forms and users have access to a dedicated account manager and support as needed.

Workable is one of the best because the interface makes sense. A lot of other software is confusing but Workable is manageable and learnable right away.

Workable is a great platform because it is very easy to use and pick up quickly, especially compared to other platforms that are used for HR purposes.

A higher form of hiring
We used to use Collage for job postings but it was just a simple place to host job posts but customization was lacking and it didn't have multi-page posting and sponsoring at the time. It was barebones and free but we needed a more powerful system. We still use Collage for our HR platform, though.
We liked the sales process and the commitment to support.

Workable is great for recruiting!
For candidate tracking and hiring process, I would recommend Workable. It is easier to use, allows hiring managers and interview panels to leave feedback, and you can easily keep track of candidates throughout the candidate search. Workday is used for more than the hiring process but for candidate tracking, Workable wins.

It is exactly a Human Resources choice
- The Applicant Manager, SmartRecruiters and BambooHR
Functional isn't as strong as other candidate following framework, yet what it does, it does well. It is extraordinary for littler organizations or the individuals who won't enlist at an abnormal state continually. I thought that it was extremely valuable for the circumstance I was in when I had it. However, my later enrolling position is substantially more entangled, and hence requires a more confounded framework.

Time Saver
I demo'ed the three products listed, and used both Workable and The Applicant Manager for a week before making my decision. I chose Workable because I preferred the look and the layout, and I found it to be the easiest to navigate and customize.

Workable Vibes at the New VibeHCM
Workable in my eyes may not be as complex, but for mid-market and growing mid-market companies, this is the product that will help businesses where hiring is frequent. We didn't need to be overwhelmed with technology, and I think that helped us with our decision in choosing Workable.
SnapHire is a great system, but hard to customise on your own and a lot more expensive
Taleo, more suited to a large recruitment team where reporting is important, very clunky and not intuitive, not user friendly at all

Workable Really Works
Workable was an excellent tool for our start-up. It was cost effective but very user-friendly. It wasn't a difficult sell to ensure our hiring managers would utilize the tool, and I particularly liked the inbox feature to stay organized. I rated Workable very highly, though as our company grew exponentially, we did go in a different direction.
Workable is not as robust as other applicant tracking system, but what it does, it does well. It is great for smaller businesses or those who won't be recruiting at a high level constantly. I found it very useful for the situation I was in when I had it. But my more recent recruiting position is much more complicated, and therefore requires a more complicated system.

Workable is easy to configure and automate for our team. We initially tried Lever where we didn't have success. In a sea of ATSs, we like the price point and the results Workable delivers to our team.

Workable is the best for startups: good price, organized, lets you post and discover & recruit
I had a demo call with Lever: it was about 3x more expensive if I recall, but had the same features as Workable. It also seemed better for huge companies. We're a startup. However, I can't imagine wanting to leave Workable even if we grew to 100+ people.
Every other ATS I looked at seemed either overpriced, or stuck in the dark ages. I looked at about 15 others.

Best bang for your buck!
Workable was the best bang for our buck. In growing as a company, it has grown with us. We went from three job postings, to 10! It can be completely tailored to your business type and size. Whenever we need to scale back, it is a quick and easy process as you can control all of that on your end.

Best of breed ATS that is constantly getting better!
Workable is simple and powerful with a collaborative interface that allows collaboration of positions to be accomplished seamlessly and in realtime. It is simple to create and manage jobs and uses keyword publishing to drive more candidates to postings on sites. It exceeds all the systems I have used in every area except for possibly CATS, but CATS was lacking in the ability to collaborate with hiring managers. Lever's database structure was focused on candidates and had jobs attached to candidates, rather than allowing candidates to be attached to jobs. This caused severe problems when trying to do things in bulk with candidates using templates.

Workable had so many more features... the email integration, the personalized landing pages, the reporting, the dashboard, the remote communications, the applicant tracking etc. Workable had so much more.

Streamline Your Hiring with Ease with Workable!
Workable is far easier to use than our ATS products like Greenhouse - cleaner interface, easy to onboard and educate new years. For some clients we've had to use Greenhouse and I've always found Greenhouse by comparison to be incredibly clunky and harder to get the information I need quickly.

The Workability of Workable
Workable is slightly simpler than Greenhouse - fewer features, cheaper, and more suited to our company size. I can't say I wouldn't move to Greenhouse when we're a bigger company, but for our current context I'm happy to be using Workable for it's focus on simplifying the hiring process and streamlining the pipeline we've created.

Workable workability
I don't know what else we would use really. For me personally, it's better than Google Sheets! This is a company-wide software, so this is what I was given to use for our hiring process. This is where we post all of our job listings, and what I have to learn to use.
