A good alternative to get away from the top 3
We are a small company and use WorkFusion to automate internal processes of the company, being able to allocate our employees in more challenging tasks. WorkFusion is used to automate day-to-day routines, from sending and receiving emails, reading pdfs, excel spreadsheets, extracting structured web data, and others.
- Merges two features of the competitors very well: Selectors and Object Cloning.
- A simple and visually pleasing tool.
- Easy to learn for beginners in RPA.
- The cost of licenses per page OCR read.
- Robots have a much lower implementation and maintenance cost than a human on a repetitive task.
- Robots can run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
As stated in the good points of the tool, WorkFusion merges two UiPath and Automation Anywhere features in a very winning way.

A simple RPA tool with great possibility of growth.
We are still in the implementation phase of WorkFusion, for internal processes in our company. The idea is to test the same in our environment and then show it to our customers, so we are testing the same with some internal systems, registering and downloading products from the system.
- Code format, good for experienced programmers.
- I miss more integration with 3rd party tools.
- When the tool shows an error it is difficult to identify what it would be.
- OCR does not function as expected all the time.
- I am not part of the team responsible for this part, but I believe we will have a positive impact, since the pretension is to have a robbery running 24/7.
We are testing Workfusion for cost reasons to implement.

RPA Express : A baby ready to bloom
I work in Capgemini and for one of our projects we had showcased a POC on a tool called CAST which is a repository for documents of the processes undertaken by the whole project. Our job was to download all the projects present in the repository using RPA express basic activities.
- The tool is absolutely free so you can go through all the given activities and try some basic modules and integrate them in your manual tasks.
- It has covered the most intense automation i. e. Excel brilliantly.
- I would love to see a bit more from RPA Express in the cases where bit more complexity is involved.
- It had an good impact to be honest but the time saved was about 4 minutes per process cycle so it was a win importantly.
In comparison to Uipath RAP Express has a lot of inroads to make since UiPath is vast in every sense which RPA Express is not.
