Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have used WorkHub Connect as the communication and video conferencing tool to communicate with each other internally. It has almost all the necessary features like screen sharing, recording, messages, threads, file sharing, etc. to meet every employee's requirements. When we were working remotely, we got a sense of collaborative and engaged working environment.

  • Ability to create a separate channel and groups and only communicate with people who are relevant to you.
  • Using the @ notation, you can tag people in messages and reply to a message thread.
  • To notify only specific people who have joined the channel, use annotations such as @all, @channel, or any customized form.

Cons

  • Voice recording option must be available in the chat room.
  • We are not able to check if the other person has read the message or not.
  • Option to integrate with other social media apps.
