It saves us time because we can schedule and conduct interviews digitally. It is software that simplifies the selection process, helps us choose the most suitable candidate for our company. It is a highly automated software that generates productivity for our company. Also, if a problem arises, technical support will help us immediately.

Workstream has been able to save our franchisees time and money when it comes to their hiring. Workstream uses several job boards to post. 10 to be exact. You can also sponsor a job post from Workstream. The QR code is an awesome feature and we've put the QR code on all recruiting tools for our franchisees. This is helpful to have on business cards when managers come across potential team members.

  • Workstream tutorial videos less than 2 minutes to help with most topics

Workstream has been great for new restaurant openings by using the QR code on business cards and using the QR code on our marketing material as well. We had one restaurant have 17 applicant's via the QR code.
The biggest opportunity was cost during the pandemic. Our franchisees wanted a guaranteed number of applicants for being charged what they were getting charged. This was not something Workstream can accommodate but this is also not guaranteed on any job board.
