Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use WorkWave Route Manager to route our deliveries to our retail partners. We deliver multiple racks to local garden centers. With WorkWave we can route all our orders as efficiently as possible. Their notification system is really nice as well. We are able to let our customers know when we get close to their location.

Pros

The variability of the routes.
Able to put constraints on loads so we aren't overweight.
Be able to let customer know approximate delivery time.

Cons

The mapping. Some of the new neighborhoods take a while to get added in mapping.
Some of the times between the different locations are incorrect. The Keys it takes 4 hours to get there but Workwave says 3 hours we have to account for those inconsistencies.
