  • Would like to see expanded use cases where it can influence a change in consumer behavior in some manner and not just limited to improving employee SLA performance. Use cases for the BFSI customer base and not just employees. Combine customer analytics with Behavior analytics to deliver a bigger outcome

Performance usually flattens after reaching some peaks and this is where the worxogo Nudge Coach tools help us elevate the service levels and sales to meet and exceed our targets for the customers we serve. We use this for the services which are outsourced to us and form our scope of work for our customers so its a part of our delivery platforms leveraged for a customer.
  • Its has muti-dimensional nudges/coaching. Pushes agents and also allows manager to monitor and work with smart and intuitive dashboards
  • It suggests focused actions by agent to improve performance after identifying the issues
  • Rewarding mechanism to ensure people are appreciated
  • It could come with some readymade templates by focus industry/sales/support/customer service so onboarding new process may be quicker
  • Help managers create /generate their own performance reports based on their specific needs
  • Provide some what if analysis - value created ( without nudges as compared to using nudges what would have been the performance for past period
The worxogo Nudge Coach (the way we have looked at it) seems suitable for almost all sales and service related scenarios across industries. However we feel there could be integrations or applicability which may need to be tweaked or created to adapt to new / old enterprise software. We believe it may have challenges to monitor and nudge folks in highly mobile situations (delivery folks, drivers, etc.)

Outcomes of the behavior are also measurable, making it easier to model the ideal behavior.

Worxogo Sales Nudge Coach is unique because it influences human behaviour through individualized motivational nudges based on concepts of neuroeconomics.
