Superb software in digital era
The whole organization is using the software for the details of the documents which are used. By using this software we can easily do our work for the betterment of the organisation. Though it is very helpful to us it creates some problems with the lacking some features. Otherwise is a wonderful software for any organisation to develop.

The DSRF software development, cyber security and mainly data analysis and scrapping teams are utilizing WPS Office generally. I personally use it for bookkeeping pages, emergency text or code writing, and reports. I have a great deal of information that I transfer and download into information bases that I utilize the sheets for. It replaces Dominate for all that I do. After the reports, of course, I use it for anything from agreements to guidelines. WPS Office permits me to join and send sheets and reports to individuals outside of my association, however with Google, you need to give access.

A perfect mobile solution for office suite.
Everyone in my organization use this software. We mostly use its mobile application. It helps us to access most of the office documents on our mobile devices. We use this app to edit those documents also and share them from this app itself. I use this app for making client presentations also. It can create very beautiful slides for presentations.
- Its user interface is very easy to operate.
- This is one of the best apps for PDF viewing. PDF viewing is very seamless in this app.
- It has multi-platform availability. It is available on Windows, Mac, Android and iOS.
- It provides many pre-loaded templates for presentation slides.
- It provides documents sharing facilities also.
- Unavailability of auto spell-check integration in this app. They should integrate a good program for spelling correction/suggestion.
- It does not have all the required tools to edit PDF documents.
- No clarity provided by the developer on the security of my documents on its servers.
- Its spreadsheet is the most useful feature for sales team in my organization.
- Its presentation feature is best for our marketing team. They make lots of presentations on this software only.
- I personally use PDF viewing feature the most.
- We can do our office work during our travel with the help of this software. It increases our productivity.
- We can easily edit documents and share instantly from the app itself. It saves time.
- It works as a scanner also. We scan our important documents from our mobile phones itself.
We did not use any other software similar to WPS Office. But the kind of experience I get from this app is unmatchable.
