Change management was a minor issue with the implementation
From a chaotic tasks from emails, some of the team members are hesitant at first to adapt to this new product management, this is also due to the requestors are hesitant too and Wrike does not have that human interaction element that MS teams and emails create. However it took a while to implement it seriously, it is also a matter of the requestors and the leaders to promote and make sure that Wrike is our standard way of tracking and receiving tasks.

There wasnt Change Management area in Tigabytes during that period (i came to create it). And as far as i know, there was no Change Management provided from Wrike for the process, just the licenses delivery.

Changing things is easy. Changing people is hard. Providing a picture of the end state helped my team see where we were going and why we were changing. The why is paramount.

We set up a knowledge base and some training to help onboard team members. As our account has grown, some new teams utilize Wrike's Professional Services to help them onboard more team members.

Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled
We have a number of people in our organization where they have trouble with technology and the implementation of it. It was a lot easier for there to be "spokespeople" who were well versed and wanting to use Wrike as an organizational tool. We had one or two enthusiastic individuals in these groups strategically, which helped with the insecurity of those not wanting to jump in right away.

Change management was a major issue with the implementation
There was a recognition that within the organization there were individuals who struggle with technology and new processes so as we planned we had to identify hurdles and questions to best manage these things. We worked with the consultants to identify steps we could take to ensure comfort and success to build on that allowed people to feel engaged and interested. There are still team members who must be encouraged but the strategic identification of individuals and issues allowed us to build scaffolding for greater success.

Change management was a minor issue with the implementation
Change management was a minor issue since we weren't using another formal tool at the time of implementation. Despite not migrating from an existing platform to Wrike, there were still some changes team members and leaders had to adapt to. For starters, they had to begin inputting all of the projects they were working on (and there were a lot!) and continue that practice. On one hand, it can be frustrating to input all of the work you are doing because of bandwidth issues, on the other hand, it creates visibility for leaders to praise their people, better allocate resources, and address any bottlenecks. These benefits should outweigh the cons.

Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled
For us it was important to start with a pilot project during the implementation of wrike because it was certainly not easy to involve all the key users having to manage and use a software aimed at project management. We've learned that users need to be involved throughout the implementation and go-live process.

That a digital platform is something we should have adopted years ago. It saved us during the pandemic. I was resistant saying our excel did the trick, but realized I have more time to focus on planning and execution with this tool.

Change management was minimal
Our team at the time of implementation was growing, but not being restructured. So, our implementation focused on handling interdepartmental requests that had historically just been given verbally to the individual thought most capable, but now needed to be systemized if we had any chance at effectively handling a larger and more complex team. One notable management change that occurred because of Wrike was that requests for the marketing team that came from the sales team were now passed through a single member of marketing leadership (via Wrike), reducing the chance of non-priority projects getting elevated on an individual's workflow.

Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled
At the time of initial deployment, change management was not a huge issue as we were a very small team at the time, which worked in our favour. We were able able to tweak the process and implementation as we saw fit, and it wasn't a giant boat to steer. Nowadays with a bigger team, in hindsight it was the right decision that we put processes in place and had a good initial set up - As a small team we could have easily not be "hassled" to take the time in setting up properly. It is also good to have at least 2 people in-house who will be your Wrike "champions" to help newbies navigate the system
