Not me, but another team mate notified that Wrike has been eating a lot more ram than chrome and photoshop, it turns out that Wrike app was not updated, and of course updating has resolved it. I think the support channel used was emails. I too have seen this ram hogging but I never complained, I just used Wrike on browser.

We were in need of creating a calendar to keep our email deployment dates visible to our customer service teams, who are not Wrike users. Our account manager arranged a meeting with a Wrike Expert to discuss options to set up such a calendar. The Wrike Expert was extremely knowledgable and suggested multiple ways to accomplish our idea. The result is a calendar, synced with our Wrike project milestones, that is viewable by any company employee. It's exactly what we needed!

The support team responded quickly and provided a clear and detailed explanation of how to navigate the platform. This was after I encountered some early teething problems. They offered to walk me through the steps while sharing their screen to ensure that I understood the process. The support team member was patient, professional, and friendly throughout the conversation, making me feel comfortable and confident in navigating the platform.

With Wrike Analyze I received tremendous support, from an engineer who went out of his way to help me understand the formulas and the possibilities that the tool offered me. They have been hours well spent and very useful so much that now, if I can, I return the information obtained in the community forum.

I had reported one of the upgrades had changed my views on all the projects. Wrike was very responsive, assisted in correcting the issue, and even checked in later to ensure everything was still working as expected. The response was quick as well as the resolution. All in all, A+ for Wrike support.

When we first got Wrike, I experienced a dashboard issue with tasks not loading. They walked me thru some ways to see if the dashboard could load. Had me check to see if other dashboards were loading. Come to find out, I didn't have this dashboard set up correctly. They were very helpful and supportive in the process of ensuring I got my dashboard working and functioning as I wanted it.

I did not have to use Wrike support for anything specific. The product itself provides exceptional options, customizations and potential for new ideas to be implemented. The features I needed for successful project management were all available to me and I could take advantage of many features that were available to make sure it met my needs as a project manager and the organizations needs for insight into projects and their outcomes.

During installation, Wrike was there for us like a pair of training wheels on a bike. They worked side by side with us, answering all questions (and we had many) until we were set up and off and running on our own. I have never experienced a software company that worked so closely with us during installation and throughout the software launch. Without this close support, I don't think our team adoption would be where it is today.

We haven't had to put in an actual issue ticket yet because Wrike's online resources tend to have the answers we need. We do get emails from our account manager regularly to touch base on if we have any questions or concerns.
