  • Automation Bots! The simple one that we love ... mark a project completed and it automatically moves into our Archive folder.
  • Automation Bots ... again! Mark the main task completed and it will ask if you want the subtask completed as well.
  • Custom Fields ... life saver for us. This allowed us to create reports for the projects and not have to dive into each project separately.

  • We have a folder in one of our spaces where it's just for brainstorms/big ideas. Here anyone on the team can post their ideas of things we'd like to do if we had no roadblocks, or when we're in a meeting and inspiration strikes and we need a place to put it down.

  • Team management has been simplified (especially for smaller teams, such as task assignation for our group of interns)
  • Sub-folders and archive function have helped keep track of developments for individual accounts (beyond what is tracked in our CRM system).
  • The Knowledge Base options (FAQ, etc.) has been really useful as a way to document processes and changes so newcomers can catch-up quickly without needing extensive training
