The worst part about Wrike is that it is one of the most robust Project Management softwares I've used. But, that is also it's best trait! As a result I've been able to utilize Wrike for anything and everything that my business requires. The cost is low, the usefulness is high and the ability to adapt to my needs is unprecedented compared to the other PM software I've used in the past.

Wrike is still a good tool for any team managing projects. IT helps with communication and lets everyone see what needs to be done and who is doing it. It can clear up much confusion. Wrike has gotten better over the years, but it has not gotten more complicated.

After implementing Wrike, it was immediately clear that the business could not return to a "before" state. Efficiency and collaboration improved tenfold, and the time spent on project management was fractioned. It enabled us to improve processes throughout the entire company, from sales and marketing, to design, to operations, and enabled the seamless integration of outside contractors which allowed us to scale easily to meet demand.

It was a very good tool but it lacked some key features and capabilities that we needed to fulfill our most complex projects, so we decided to upgrade to a more comprehensive (and expensive) tool for collaborative work and project management. Nevertheless, it´s a great tool for beginners in these kind of tools or for smaller teams who need a very efficient way for communication, teamwork and management.

While the people who primarily use Wrike within Marketing are enamored with its functions, it is widely unpopular with our internal users. We are not sure why this is the case, but the reasons range from 'it's confusing to use' to 'I don't know where to find anything.'

Despite this, I believe Wrike has THE best search feature of anything I've ever used, as far as intelligence, speed, and accuracy. I can find almost anything from the past in a few seconds. We also like that we can create custom forms for certain workflows and divide larger projects into intelligible steps and, especially, sub-steps (or sub-tasks as Wrike calls them.)

Wrike is a good general project management product, but is also very similar to other PM products on the market today. I've cross compared a lot of PM products and used many as well, and find that although I do like Wrike's general aesthetic and intuitiveness, again, it is similar to others. Getting the reporting that most companies are looking for leaves you having to get a pretty expensive Wrike package.

because of the useful of the tool, i Think i have posted all the features that were useful for us, in this review, but in a few words
Wrike are so useful for us for all kind of people, in Mexico so many people make task or works, and sometimes to report on projects on apps for smart devices are not so operative for them, so they need to have a easy apps and intuitive task to post information for projects so, in this way, PM and operations people can have straig acces for information and much more for communication.

There are some things we would like to do that Wrike doesn’t offer. For example, we would like to have more ways to prioritize projects besides just high medium and low. There are also some issues with recurring tasks and organizing how they work.

Wrike has been able to accomplish nearly everything that we need it to do. Sometimes it's slow when you need it to load, sometimes it doesn't have all the functionality that you wish it could have, and sometimes tasks can get lost in the endless amount of folders and projects. However, it does what we need it to and it's fairly easy to use. There's not much training that is required and it's so engrained in our systems and processes now that it would be a big lift to rip it out and replace it with a new task management system.

It fits the needs for our work, and there's no need to migrate our content to another app. It's reliable and I don't believe we've experienced any downtime. They continue to iterate the product and the new features have been useful including Workspaces which adds another means for organizing work.

Wrike has been fully integrated into the way we work. I can honestly say it has helped our organisation grow and has grown with us. We used to be a team of only 2 Project Managers. In less than two years we now have 3 Pods comprised of 3 Engagement Managers, 8 Project Managers and 6 Project Coordinators. Our leader is really grateful at this point that we were able to set up Wrike from the beginning. Onboarding is so much simple when you have project templates, allocating projects is also easier when you have one place managing and giving visibility on individual and pod capacity. I cannot see where we will stop using wrike anytime soon.

Wrike has improved our team's efficiency tremendously and allowed us to cut through the silos across departments to be able to work more cohesively and, more importantly, in a way that creates transparency. The features like sub-tasks, recurrent tasks, scheduling and timing, let us have a clear overview of where in our processes we need to improve (what's holding us back, taking longer than expected, etc.), and the reports give an easy to understand status report at a glance, which has significantly reduced micromanagement and need for manual repetition of information (if it's in Wrike and up to date, anyone can go in and see the status, without needing another status report email or call).

No doubt about it. It is the one tool that I know I will always need. I would not like to loose it, and if necessary, I know I can export and download all of the information I have on it. But I am still anxious to keep improving my work routines with this tool.
