5 - All of the IT department use Wrike,we are the primary users. We have also given some other staff and some vendors access. Staff are testing but they have not adopted it yet. Vendors have access so that we can have then participate in tracking their tasks in our projects.

12 - The majority of them are design engineers in the Design Department of our company. They are in charge with system specification for new security projects as well as with user and maintenance documentation and technical drawings that goes along with each new developed system. We use the software tool also with some external users - which are involved also in the designing process (subcontractors).

All the users using Wrike in our company represent a single department. We are responsible for Researching, Planning, Implementing, Traning and Supporting various products and user requirements to run the business smoothly.
While some use it to track new products and their respective timelines, some use it for day to day task planning and task sharing with various teams/persons within the department.
