Our users are in multiple IT Department Areas, the Data Analytics Department, and the Compliance Department. All the departments use Wrike for their projects. Each area uses it uniquely to their area but at the end of the day, it is the project implementation software of choice for our company.

This product is mostly used by our technology teams which include project management, engineers and support staff. We do have some members of our management team who have leveraged the tool on an ad hoc basis as well, for specific projects being worked towards as a team even if a formal project manager was not involved.

Wrike is a central hub for a key aspect of the company's product design and development. Roles using it include operations, graphic design, marketing, product design, and all levels of management. In addition, it allows the internal team to seamlessly integrate and interact with external contractors and vendors who contribute to the core business.

We used Wrike in all of our teams (administration, marketing, web development, graphic design, account management/sales, human resources and more) because it enabled us to share files, comments, announcements, links and all kind of items involved in our client´s projects; it also helped us review the progress along some internal processes and client´projects.

Vertiv is a multinational company with thousands of employees and Wrike is our project center where all business divisions have a common collaboration area. Typically Client Services that oversee project or product implementations use Write to manage day to day tasks and responsibilities. Project managers also use this tool to track project success. Lastly, management uses the compilation do work done at lower levels to build reports and dashboards that allow visibility into project timelines and overall tracking.

A majority represent marketing and a few of the users are collaborators/ contractors that we use to support our marketing efforts. The specific business functions are CRM, paid media, SEO, copywriting, analytics, and DXO. All of these business functions are used to support our client work. We do also use Wrike for our internal HR purposes to keep track of time off and internal educational opportunities for coworkers.

Client success team uses Wrike to make requests to our Data Insertion team, Design team, and Web team, we also use it for internal task management and for cadence reports (i.e. so management teams can have an overview of their whole team's project status at a glance). We also implemented "escalation" steps that are automated when tasks have been delayed by a pre-specified period of time.

Wrike is used by our brand team to track projects and deadlines, give and receive feedback, and share progress with the rest of the company. It's such a great support tool that we encourage other teams to use it as well. Product development, supply chain, sales, etc. could all benefit from using Wrike to track their projects and progress.

Project Managers, Program Directors, Collaborators and external users like customers, all make use of the tool as it serves as a communications management platform and it´s not only a tool for tracking time and accomplishments, it´s a wonderful way of sharing a cocreating work. In our case, we used it to communicate project status across all areas and served automated reports and exports to our customers and external stakeholders.
