No, I never found any issues on Wrike, except on their app which uses chromium. our computers do not have admin rights and blocks other browsers, so Wrike app does not work now. However I do not think this is due to get Wrike premium support. I do not think I will ever need premium support since I think it does not come free.

We did not purchase premium support for Wrike. Having access to support on weekends or evenings was not of benefit to us, as we encourage our team members to uphold a healthy work/life balance. The web help form and the Help Center chat options serve us quite well. In addition, our account manager helps to direct our questions and provides additional training, if needed.

I did not find the need to purchase Wrike's premium support function because the standard support provided by the platform was excellent. Wrike's support team is highly responsive and knowledgeable, providing quick and effective solutions to any issues that may arise. Moreover, the platform provides a range of resources, including a comprehensive knowledge base, user guides, and video tutorials, to help users quickly and easily find answers to their questions. The regular webinars and training sessions offered by Wrike also helped me to stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices. Overall, Wrike's standard support function is robust and provides all the assistance needed to use the tool effectively. Therefore, I did not feel the need to purchase the premium support function.

Premium support is included in my current subscription, I use it about 1x a week and it helps a lot on technical/functional questions. To have dedicated support, you can opt to purchase specific hours. If I could choose, however, I would buy the support as it is very useful for solving urgent issues without trying and / or sifting through the guides.

Wrike support is part of our annual subscription. We did not purchase premium support because I'm a Wrike Ninja, which is part of their badge program. Another reason I love Wrike ... the badge program and community! There is no need for additional purchase of premium support from our standpoint.

No premium support was not purchased. I believe it was not purchased because it was not necessary. Wrike was very useable and met our needs on a regular basis. It had a lot of room for customization, so if there were issues or items that needed to be worked on--we were typically able to resolve them ourselves or figure out workarounds.

No. We haven't seen a need for premium support. Every question we have submitted we have had nearly an immediate response and most times a solution to our issue. Wrike support is very helpful and responds quicker than any software support team that I've used.

In the beginning yes. Our team had zero experience in setting up a project management app for the team. We didn't even know where to start! With how integrated Wrike is now with our day to day work it is hard to believe how clueless we were in the beginning. Wrike's help and advice in the beginning really helped set us up for success.
